TV Anime 'Shoukoku no Altair' Additional Cast Members Announced

The official website for Shoukoku no Altair has revealed additional cast members along with a new key visual. The anime is slated to air on Saturdays starting July 8 at 2:25 a.m. on MBS and TBS, followed by BS-TBS (via Anime-ism timeslot).

Cast
Balaban: Kazuya Nakai (Ao no Exorcist)
Bayezit: Kouki Uchiyama (Fukumenkei Noise)
Ayşe: Ai Kayano (Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata)
Orhan: Nobunaga Shimazaki (Kabukibu!)
Ismail: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Boku no Hero Academia)

Key visual looks great and casting was a good pick. This has me pumped. Hopefully it's a solid adaptation. It's probably going to go under the radar for most people as previous trends dictate.

I've fixed it. I wasn't sure because I didn't see his name (in English) in Wikipedia when I posted it few hours ago. I only googled the Japanese and got the English. By the way it's written as イスマイル.

Yeah Bayezit/Bayezıd/Beyazıt/Beyazıd is tough one to translate i guess
btw i think Ishmael supposed to be İsmail?
Not sure how it's written in japanese though....

As someone who likes the Ottoman architecture, this show piqued my interest. Hoping they deliver this well, the visuals have been promising so far.

I can't wait to be one of the ten people commenting on the weekly discussion threads for this anime. This is going to be one of those solid, maybe even really good anime, that's going to be criminally under watched, I'm sure.
