New Cast Members for 'Shokugeki no Souma OVA' Announced

This year's 16th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump has announced the new cast members for Shokugeki no Souma OVA. The new OVA will be bundled with the 25th compiled volume on July 4. The issue will officially be released on March 18.

Rindou Kobayashi: Shizuka Itou (Beelzebub)
Momo Akangakubo: Rie Kugimiya (ēlDLIVE)
Nene Kinokuni: Kana Hanazawa (3-gatsu no Lion)
Terunori Kuga: Yuki Kaji (ClassicaLoid)

Written by Yuuto Tsukuda with illustrations by Shun Saeki, Shokugeki no Souma has been adapted into two TV anime seasons with the first airing in Spring 2015 for a total of 24 episodes and the second in Summer 2016 for 13 episodes. The manga previously inspired two OVAs with its 18th and 19th compiled volume in 2016.

I hope megishima's VA is Eguchi Takuya and saito's VA is Suzuki Tatsuhisa or Nakai Kazuya

After reading the latest chapter I feel like Yuu Kobayashi fits the role of Nene than KanaHana.

Hmm Kana is going to play Nene while Momo is to be played by Rie Kugimiya eh
Both are veterans with Kana being my second favorite seiyuu so im sure both will be able to portray their respective characters well.

Looking forward to see this when it comes out

I hope Risa Taneda is all healed-up when the third season does get announced. It's wouldn't be Erina if it wasn't her voice to me.
That being said, i'm looking forward for the OVA! and the casts were marvelous!

Ayyyyyyy, it's only a matter of time before the current arc in the manga finishes and then we hopefully get some announcement of a third season. But since that's ways off, I'll take OVA's any day. Cast is looking good imo.

Totally wasn't ready for this voice cast. o_o Rie Kugimiya for Momo? Wow. Shizuka Itou sounds perfect for Rindou! :D After reading the latest chapter this morning, Kana Hanazawa sounds great too for Nene. Yuki Kaji for Terunori works too, huh.
