This is just the BD Animation TOP20 (this includes Western Animation by the way) cut-off from Oricon Youtaiju. There has been even lower cut-offs for the BD All-Genre TOP100 from Oricon Biz, and Oricon does not discard weekly sales data if a disc ranks within the All-Genre TOP300. The weekly TOP300 cut-off has been as low as ~50 BDs before, but only newly released discs that are BD-BOXes/DVD-BOXes, Movie BD/DVD Vol.1 or Anime BD/DVD Vol.1 have data released outside the All-Genre TOP100 by the same person who has been releasing the weekly All-Genre TOP100 lists from Oricon Biz.

Thanks for sharing that, his reasoning does make sense. Hope we get something official, especially if Avex does decide to expand further internationally.

Ugh!! I'm but worried about volume 3. Hope it won't drop that much.

I'm actually expecting vol 3 to drop quite a bit since nothing really *significant* happens in eps 5-6 and there isn't really anything to bump the sales. And I already know quite a bit of people who are saving up for vol 4, 5,6 which is where the *meat* of the story happens ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

Either way YOI keeps surprising us, so no matter what happens I know it will keep selling well ^^
