TV Anime 'Sousei no Onmyouji' Adds Supporting Cast

The April 2016 issue of Jump SQ magazine (cover pictured), which will go on sale on March 4, has announced additional cast members for the Spring 2016 anime Sousei no Onmyouji.

Studio Pierrot is producing the series under the direction of Tomohisa Taguchi. Sousei no Onmyouji will begin airing on TV Tokyo on April 6 at 6:25 p.m.

Shimon Ikaruga: Kaito Ishikawa (One Punch Man)
Arima Tsuchimikado: Daisuke Namikawa (Black Lagoon)
Ryougo Nagitsuji: Tomoaki Maeno (Death Parade)
Kinako: Jun Fukuyama (Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!)

Sousei no Onmyouji is adapted from the supernatural action manga by Yoshiaki Sukeno. It has been serialized since the December 2013 issue of Jump SQ and has seven volumes in print. The series is also published in English as Twin Star Exorcists by VIZ Media in North America.

For Spring season so far we got 5 shows airing Two Cour (Boku no Hero Academia, Re:Zero, Bungou Stray Dogs, Endride and this anime) and maybe Kiznaiver, Joker Game and Gyakuten Saiban too. Well it'll be interesting season, especially for Action Anime.

as long as pierrot don't screw up the action part. i am good. akatsuki no yona and baby steps showing that pierrot still don't lost their touch on animation.

Hmm, not bad for the casting choices. The airing time might indicate this as a 2 cour, not sure though.
