At a press conference held by TV Tokyo, web media company GREE announced that its mobile game Seisen Cerberus will be adapted into a TV anime series. The anime, titled Seisen Cerberus: Ryuukoku no Fatalités will air on TV Tokyo from April 2016.

Seisen Cerberus, a fantasy simulation RPG game, is GREE's flagship work which began service in 2011. It is set on the continent of Qun'ahn, which is dominated by sword and magic users and whose land is divided among the kingdoms of Saint Amoria, Ishilfen, and Varondis. The anime follows 16-year-old Hiiro, who takes up a sword in order to avenge his parents' death by killing the evil dragon Danguard.

TV Tokyo is collaborating with video site iQIYI, owned by web services giant Baidu, and Hong Kong-based MediaLink to expand its anime business into the Chinese territory. TV Tokyo previously aired Tanken Driland (2012), an adaptation of another GREE mobile game. Further information about Seisen Cerberus: Ryuukoku no Fatalités will be announced at AnimeJapan 2016 at the end of March.

Studio and director is not the most of important. Synopsis and content are more important. THe synopsis says that MC take up the sword to avenge his parent and fight the evil dragon. THe cover picture also have some hot female fighters. In other words, this anime have very high chance to be good.

ALso, remember many people said that A-1 and Deen studio are sh*t and yet they have the top anime in this season. On other had madhouse has one of the worst anime in this season, Prince of Stride, this anime is made for gays just like Free. Never judge anime from studio

Only for that it wins +2, sadly the synopsis sounds like a generic action anime so im not sure if I'll watch.

Ok, I don't care if they adapt a video game from a console (Visual Novels are not video games) but adapting a MOBILE GAME?! HAHA! I'm expecting micro-transactions in this anime...

This anime is ALSO going to flop big time.

I'm kind of interest for the show, but that's because I'm biased against my will for this type of stuff. But who knows, it can turn good or bad at the very least.

Maybe we can get some dumb action from it, but not too sure.

Evil dragons sound like fun.

Count me in

I was really loving the logo at the top..... then the promo art came into view to spoil the mood. Seriously, does it have to be a guy with absolutely no muscles on him every fucking time? Or, in the rare odd case it's not like that, a bloody body builder? Why can't we have more guys with the physique of someone like Kogami? Is that too much to ask?

He's there as the male lead gain?
And a game adaptation? That must be shit.
Fuck this. I'll pass!

Another game adaptation,so not expecting anything good. not heard of the studio before so will be interesting to see what they do. Staff doesnt look too great either apart from a select few. Cast looks okay, matsuoka in another generic main mc role, not surprising, though mostly its a hit or miss for most people, i quite like his voice, so thats possibly the only reason to look forward to this. Bunny girl best girl. wouldnt be surpised if theres a love interest for mc. synopsis sounds really generic, so doubt this will be any good but will still check it out

It won't work this time neither. Just look at the directors and at the studio.

Dark fantasy harem? Sounds cool I suppose, may give it a try.

Jan 25, 2016 5:39 AM by Snappynator

Synopsis was enough to make me drowsy. It reeks of trainwreck from miles. You can't even recognize that bloody pulp was once a horse...

Jan 25, 2016 3:56 AM by Antanaru

Dark fantasy stories based on mobile games is about as trainwrecky as it gets when it comes to anime..

Jan 25, 2016 3:33 AM by HaXXspetten

I hope playing this game makes me popular and cool just like Phantasy Star Online 2.

But they are making a lot of it these days.
Those RPG concepts, too.
