Expect Momoka's CD to sell, the fanbase in general have been longing for her to get a CD, even more than Nina. Arisu's has a chance due to her VA.

The anime just started, give it a break. xD
The first Drama CD which came back way before the anime was released sold 579 copies.
The first Show Time Chara Single sold 579 copies but with great stock issues. It had a week two with 350 copies, and stock issues are still there total 929 copies.
The second single also had stock issues and it sold nearly 1k, 979 copies.

Give it more time, I'm sure it'll do well.

Doesn't seem all that impossible for non-Love Live or non-Idolmaster CDs to get top, although Love Live definitely has a free run at #1 for anime songs for all its release weeks.

SINGLES: If the SideM #5 and #6 have no event tickets bundled as with #3 and #4, then SPYAIR's Haikyuu!! 2nd Season OP and MIMORI Suzuko's Lance N’ Masques OP will top for the singles.

ALBUMS: Master Artist #10 and #11 will top unless NITTA Emi has increased sales from her last single due to this release being an album.

SINGLES: Many anime song releases this week, but none of them have a chance of beating the Love Live single, but it won't be #1 overall as Nogizaka46 will also be releasing a single.

ALBUMS: Small number of releases, so Idolmaster has no decent competition.

Nov 11
SINGLES: I think EGOIST's Gyakusatsu Kikan ED has a chance of taking top here.

ALBUMS: I cannot see MIZUKI Nana's "SMASHING ANTHEMS" not getting top here.

Nov 18
SINGLES: Interesting to note that all 5 of those Cinderella Master singles are 700 yen each, so it has an advantage. Although Afilia Saga's Taimadou Gakuen 35 Shiken Shoutai OP could probably top the singles.

Nov 25
SINGLES: Same thing, nothing (even CINDERELLA PROJECT, unless it has a live concert event ticket like with that Million Live Theatre CD) has a chance of beating Printemps.

ALBUMS: No decent competition for Idolmaster, so it'll top.

Dec 23
SINGLES: Don't see anything for now beating lily white.

ALBUMS: Not sure what else will be released that week.

You make it seem like the fanbases are all made up of otaku... but it's not remotely true for Love Live, or it would've not grossed 2.61 billion yen at the Box Office and it has > 12 million mobile game players in Japan. Love Live has more casual fans than Idolmaster, where Idolmaster is made up of roughly 90% male fans, 10% female fans, although the new Side-M and Starlight Stage rhythm mobile game is probably bringing in more female fans due to the inability for the original series to appeal to a wider fanbase.

The rough male to female ratios of K-ON, Madoka, Love Live, AnoHana and Idolmaster for example is 63:37, 71:29, 57:43, 60:40, 90:10. Other series such as SHOW BY ROCK, UtaPri, etc have more female fans obviously.

Where am I even ranting? Why would you even say that it makes so little sense? I know it's MAL where reading comprehension and interpretation is a crapshoot but like really? If just pointing out an upcoming trend and bloody commenting on it is ranting now then fuck maybe you're right and I don't understand this often ridiculous boards culture at all where seemingly anything not forcibly 100% over the top pro this or that makes you a "hater" by default or whatever and everyone is really defensive for no reason, but they can't comprehend things that aren't extremes.

There's you're rant and here's my advice for the day, learn the difference between that and the previous post.

Pretty much starting today marks the beginning of Idol Hell for the rest of the year in terms of anime music save one week in November and the lead up to Christmas in December. Though arguably it started at the beginning of October with the releases of Aqours and iDOLM@STER Million Live. That's a metric fuck ton of idol cell phone and arcade game Content so it'll be curious to see what runs out first, stocks or otaku bank accounts. My money is on the former, and boy did Bamco ever luck out with the music tie ins lately period. Not just the Idol stuff but Gundam as well.
