Also, their description of Junjou made me laugh for some reason.
Our manga list had an amazing amount of turn over this week, adding five new titles including “Junjo Romantica” Vol. 10, about a gay relationship. This seems to be an example of “shonen-ai,” a genre of manga aimed at teenage girls who enjoy gay romances.
Died laughing.
lolol. That's priceless.

Biggest mystery ever.
I have to agree with this. Even I don't completely understand why I like it.

Yea, so why is it popular?
Biggest mystery ever.

I don't know much about these novels, or the genre. Could you explain it a bit?
Junjou Romantica is a popular yaoi manga series that was recently adapted into a two season anime series.
Yaoi, or Boys Love is exactly that, boys in love. Shonen-ai tend to be less graphic compared to yaoi.
Hope that helps.

never mind that the story, art, and "yaoi content" is terrible.

I've never heard of the Dark-Hunters. What exactly is it?
I believe it is part of this wave of vampire fandom that is taking over everything and everyone. Anyways the authors books seem to be selling good so hopefully there is some weight of worth in the manga as well.
Actually its more of a mix between Gantz, Skyhigh and Saint Seiya.
Its a story about human souls getting a chance to sell their soul for a chance of vengeance against the ones they hold grudge against. After their vengeance is complete, their souls belong to Greek goddess Artemis and they are forced to live immortal lives defending humanity against various threats, including vampires and Greek gods.
The "Dark Hunters in the list is an adaptation of the best-selling novel series of the same name.
