I'm seriously doubting your ability to comprehend single things. Yes, congrats, she did a comparison. But she didn't compare the two manga, she compared the affect that their respective anime had on the respective manga. This is NOT the same as comparing the two manga itself. If this level (or near) of boost for Haikyuu!! continues throughout it's anime duration it's a shoe in for the top 10 rankings for manga sales. Deserves the boost.
On the LN front a continually strong boost for No Game No Life. Episode 6 will surely give the boost a, well boost. Nice to see SAO, Oregairu and Mahouka still rank. The latters boost dropping off but I expect it to increase when the Nine Schools arc starts. Eromanga-sensei ranking is good, really need to get back to reading it.
