The visuals and staff for the 2014 Anime Mirai shorts were revealed at Machi Asobi vol.11 this weekend. Anime Mirai is a part of the Young Animator Training Project, created by the Japanese Animation Creators Association
(JAniCA). The first iteration of the project launched in 2010 and the effort, which funds the training of young animators in on-the-job scenarios at studios over the course of a year, is supported by the Japanese government's Agency of Cultural Affairs.
The 2014 shorts are as follows:
Synopsis: A film about making connections in a classroom.
