TV Anime of Light Novel 'Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo' Announced

According to Dengeki no Kanzume, Kamoshida Hajime's light novel Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo was announced to get a TV anime adaptation.

Synopsis:
Kanda Sorata is a second year high school art student who was recently kick out of the school's dorm because he was found to keep a cat in his room. Sorata begins to live in an apartment house called "Sakurasou" which is infamous for its eccentric residents. In Sakurasou, Sorata is asked to take care of one of his classmates, Shiina Mashiro. She is a world-famous painter, but she is extremely clumsy and has no common sense.

Does that mean that the character Yui Horie is voicing as a boy???

I didn't mean anything bad to it, I have even mixed up names before, I was almost confused when I say the picture but the male guy's name.

I thought at first that maybe I had the two characters mixed up.

I think people will probably be surprise(in a good way) after watching this show.
Most of the main characters(including 2nd lead guy girl etc) has a dream other than the lead guy and he feels that he also need to do something

Sound interesting to see what comes from it. Does the girl have problems in cleaning herself? There are 7 volumes out now so more than enough materiel.

Hmm...Really? By judging from the cover and synopsis, I am expecting :

- A small, reasonable harem (maybe only love triangle)... With some romance between support casts and casts that had no romantic interest during the story.
- Sweet slice of life with sugary romance... With good dose of moe.
- Very light fanservice, if exists.
- Non-offensive comedy.
- Some light, heartwarming drama in some places.

(Actually I am expecting something like Mahoraba with pets...)

and...THAT ART!
Mizoguchi Keiji's art reminds me a lot with Kantoku. I will be looking forward for this.
