Sentai Filmworks License Announcements at Nekocon

According to their Nekocon panel, Sentai Filmworks has licensed the following:

Ebiten: Kouritsu Ebisugawa Koukou Tenmonbu (Ebiten)
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo (The Pet Girl of Sakurasou)
Sukitte Ii na yo. (Say "I Love You".)
Kamisama Dolls
Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox (Battle Girls - Time Paradox)

Kamisama Dolls and Battle Girls - Time Paradox will be released on dual-audio DVD and BD. There are currently no release details for the other series.

So does this mean that Sengoku Otome (Battle Girls Time Paradox) will be getting an english dub? I'm not clear on how that stuff works, but on ANN it's stated that Sengoku would be getting a 2013 bilingual DVD and blu-ray release. Unless i'm mistaken bilingual dvd/blu-ray means the inclusion of an english audio track no? Just wanna make sure because I would enjoy watching the show dubbed.

I enjoyed Kamisama Dolls, but it wasn't really very good. Too many plot holes etc...

Pet Girl and Sukitte are two of my favorites of the season, so I am happy to see them being picked up!

The other news announced was that Waiting in the Summer (Ano Natsu de Matteru) and Listen to me Girls, I'm Your Father would be released on February on subtitled DVD only. This is the real crime, in my opinion. Waiting in the Summer's art deserves a BluRay! (And I consider it far superior to the other two older shows that are getting BluRays and Dubs!)

agreed. I hope they sell well. Butaccording to Stalker it doesn't look like it....at all. The manga sales haven't increased either. Sigh.

FUNimation is simulcasting Kamisama Kiss, so they'll probably eventually add home video rights as well.

I was positive I read Kamisama Kiss. I was overjoyed, but no, they actually licensed a retarded show such as Kamisama Dolls. I hope someone licenses Kamisama Kiss. It is one of those shows that reminds me of olden days, when Shoujo anime were cute, sweet and adorable.

Happy with Sakurasou and Sukinayo. Both are wonderful shows. :)

I liked Kamisama Dolls. Nothing amazing, but it was fun to watch at least. Also, dat imouto, and dat big-tittied bish... <3

Sukitte, though... If it ends well, I might have to pick this up on DVD. I like it so far.

I thought Girls und Panzer already got licensed a while back? Could've sworn it was one of the things licensed before the season even really started.

Edit: Yup, Sentai's already done that.
