Viz licensed K. They'll probably add one or two more for this season. I really hate Viz so I'll be upset if they get something I want to see. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-09-25/viz-anime-adds-gora-gohands-k-tv-anime And Crunchyroll only has 8 more boxes in their lineup for the moment. They'll likely add more this weekend or before. |

I can't really tell if K is being simulcasted from that, though. It might be, but I want to wait for more confirmation. EDIT: On second thought, they do say it's coming to VIZ Anime this October, which would make it a simulcast. I'll add it. And CR always adds more boxes. |

K being simulcast by Viz ticks me off. Why would you ruin a visually stunning anime by doing a low bitrate Hulu stream? |

If you're including UK simulcasts - K is on Anime On Demand. Along with at least 5 more. |

takuku said: If you're including UK simulcasts - K is on Anime On Demand. Along with at least 5 more. Wow they've actually got their act together. I mean I know they had said that things would improve but 6 in one season, completely free, versus just 1 in total over the past 2 seasons. That's a definate step in the right direction. And the first one at least isn't even something that we'd have got from crunchyroll otherwise. And great to hear that K will be legally available after all. Anyway, Crunchyroll did have something listed as being announced yesterday but it got removed, so next one from there tonight. |

Kinda mad at Viz, they licensed K but that doesn't mean it won't be on Crunchy for sure but it's a little more unlikely now >_> That and their whole taking Inuyasha off of Netflix.... Wonder how long I'll be stuck on ep 35... |

It feels odd having all the details for the CR streams and nothing for everywhere else, so I'd like to fill in where possible. And on that note, help me with similar information from anyone for the FUNi and VIZ shows would be much appreciated. I think FUNimation's streams are USA only, but I don't want to put that down without being 100% certain and I can't find such info anywhere on the site. |

This is why I wish Crunchy just got everything. These other groups like Funi, Viz and Anime on Demand make everything so confusing, along with their terrible video quality. |

Fansubs all the way! VIZ sucks and Funimation can't get their streaming act together. I tried the Free app and it barely worked on my Nexus 7 running Stock Jellybean. No way I'm paying $10~ for the Premium version. So far Crunchyroll is the only service I find tolerable for simulcasts. However all the services are missing a big feature, Offline Play. I can't afford a Data Plan which means I'm stuck with Streaming wherever there is WiFi but that's hardly acceptable when I go on trips and have no access to reliable WiFi. I stick with Fansubs because they're the only way to get Offline Anime. That and often Fansubs just plain out do a better job at translating, with the 'definition' quotes they place in the vids to explain a Japanese term, instead of 'Official' subs trying to translate the term to English and totally screwing up the flow of conversations. |
