I found only "list of best-selling books" on wiki, and it seems there is no manga at all.

One Piece is currently ranked as the best-selling series of all time in manga history.[3] It enjoys a very high readership, with more than 230 million volumes of the series sold by 2011-Wikipedia

I think the list of best-selling books does not include manga, I'm not really sure though. I'm just assuming hehe,.
