Fourth Season of Ring ni Kakero Announced
At Jump Festa 2011, the fourth season of Ring ni Kakero 1 "Sekaitaikai Hen (World Championship Chapter)" was announced to be aired on Animax channel from next April.

Ippo is excellent, but the fans are retarded as hell.
We don't need more Hajime no Ippo right now. There are plenty of other good boxing anime out there. Ring ni Kakero is stereotypical, but the manga debuted in 1977 so it served as a prototype for shounen jump series to come, so this series is a piece of history.
Plus this is season 4, which means shit should start getting real with the world tournament.
