| It's kinda sad that the school has characters with big egos. Ophelia is back again and it looks like she still has a lot of interest in Oliver. I'm not sure what Oliver is needs to prove but there's no doubt that some people have their eyes on him. In fact, he gets into another fight agianst outside of school grounds and it's kinda scary how much trouble he has to deal with daily. |

| Nanatsuma Fridays let’s gooo. Another well adapted episode from JC staff. Only thing missing was a class from this chapter but it’s alright. Weekly Nanao appreciation post Mommy Dommy Ophelia episode 🙏🏾 Oliver a much stronger man than I. I’m definitely folding if she touches my face like that. We get our formal introduction to Tullio Rossi, aka the biggest hater in the series lol. It’s good to have an old fashioned hater who’s not out for power or world domination or anything seriously nefarious, just sipping that good old fashioned haterade. Can’t let anyone get more shine than him. In the end, Oliver showed him they’re a class apart in terms of skill. Episodes like this are also great for showing that while as talented as he is, Oliver is still very inexperienced and not the overall strongest in this universe. A lot of anime onlies saw the long coat, sword and black hair and wrote him off as a “kirito clone” or “generic” without even allowing the story to develop. He very much has to rely on his friends and family for emotional and physical support |

| 6:26 This guy seemed like a pain in the ass at first, but does he actually care about Pete? ...or maybe not Interesting, why do they keep calling him Noll? He's way too humble. Learning something others discovered/improved over a long period of time requires a lot of effort. There is a saying about this but I can't remember it to save my life. Or was he just acting here? | Rossi intrigued me; he initially came across as an unlikable punk, but in just one episode, they managed to hint at his potential for change, making us warm up to him – unless that ending was a hint at his demise, which I really hope isn't the case! I'm relieved to see that Oliver's secret society is accepting of his friendships. After the major twist, I was concerned he'd be leading a double life, but he remains the same Oliver, seeking revenge. I wonder how everyone will respond if they eventually discover the truth – and they probably will. Pete's behavior in this episode was puzzling. When Rossi first appeared, their confusion was understandable, but Pete's intense reaction during the duel seemed out of the blue. Later, during Oliver's training, their odd behavior indicated something more than just fatigue. |

| Action focus episode which was okay. Rossi didn't feel like a bad guy and I was right. Though is he gonna die? It would be fun to have him around so hope not. Good to see Ophelia again, she's hot. Carste was cute at the end there. |

| It’s nice to see more variety among the students for how large this school is, showing different kinds of people like those with a big ego. Speaking of ego, that lady got humbled real quick by Nanao. She reminds me of those snotty drag queens, she underestimated the girl who won against a Garuda. She also lost in about 12 seconds, so there goes her confidence lol. Ophelia is back once again after her… odd introduction. Definitely an interesting one, who knows what she has in mind. Even though Olivier is a spellblade user, it’s refreshing to see that he is still vulnerable to people who may be more experienced or higher skilled than he is. Goes to show that he is not invincible and can be outmatched in one aspect or another. Wonder who’s gonna win the medal competition, though Nanao probably will haha. Fun episode, but Rossi is a pain in the ass in a good way. Have a fun Friday :D |

| Pretty nice ep this week. Oliver & Tullio's duel was quite good particularity in the choreography. More interesting tho is the reveal about the connections that hint at deeper history between the older students & Ophelia being "uh" surprisingly ...normal s0me_dude said: Nothing Oliver did in that fight was an asspull, if anything the whole point is that Oliver Lanoff-style sword arts is so polished you can't beat with random BS. Also previous fights where Oliver should have lost would had him killed or tortured. But all his wins were explained and by point those fights happen he's been establishment as skilled sword mages and one of best first years. Same goes for Nanao. So if anyting I'm more confused why you think he should have lost to Rossi who hasn't any feats to back that up. (or at most i didn’t see of) ? I can see why you'd say Nanao's spellblade was an asspull, but what is an asspull in the Oliver vs Rossi fight ? As Rossi said, literally just played his sword style by the book, with so much precision that "the amount of practice necessary to achieve such level of textbook accuracy feels like sheer insanity". Oliver's win is the exact contrary of an asspull, he only used the swordstyle we knew he was good at, without using a single spell or move outside of it. |

| I like how Mr. Rossi instantly stunk Pete so hard with the princess nickname, and here i thought he also knew Pete was the reversi, or does he actually knows? Anyway, what kind of a ladmad first-year trying to challenge Nanao even after knowing she can even beat mythical monster like Garuda? Yes that one npc. Otherwise its still the same, even if too bad that there's no Chela duel showed here which is the most dissapointing matter for this episode. Still its good enough to see those little bodyguard chick actually have more than one expression to show-off when alone with her lord. Too cute, ayy.... I really want Lia to do a more than just a talk there, and i can understand why Oliver was so stiff. Idk with the last part tho, even if i dislike Rossi guts that suddenly barge in and introduce as one of mc rival, but i don't like those duelling, in the labyrinth, part of. | I guess this is the tournament arc of this series? I'm guessing the next episodes will involve fighting with Stacy, Fay and the unknown guy at the end. I'm surprised that Andrews didn't jump in at the opportunity to challenge Oliver & Nanao. Heck he didn't appear at all! It also serves as a great opportunity for world building on the sword styles and judging distances to use spells or sword. It's also nice to see some quiet moments between Oliver & his cousins and find out more about how they act around each other outside of their mission. Ms. Carste also shown a surprising side to her at the end. |
| I don't know about that Rossi guy but he got his butt whooped, maybe it will humble him a bit. Sultry Ophelia returned and she seemed to give Oliver a warning, like she knows he's up to something... I think Carste one of the girls that showed up after Oliver killed the first teacher Darius right? It looked like she was flirting with him, guess she likes him. | Ngl, I’m not a big fan of Nanao. Not because she’s a bad character or anything but because they make her out to be the god of the class and they just give her asspull moments like getting the special broom. Also, Oliver needs to get stronger, at least strong enough to beat some people without taking a beating. |

Rossi is showing overconfident again even right after being defeated. Good mysteries to be solved this episode. |

| Rossi seems like not too bad a character. One of the annoying big headed types but he at least keeps his word so he isnt a bad guy. | Everyone, woman or not, wants to fuck MC. Use me as a whetstone lmao like how down bad do you have to be. The last douchebag bully character was humbled by the monsters and we've already replaced him with a new guy. At least this guy accepted his defeat pretty well so he doesn't seem too bad tbh. Pete is struggling to exist and was last seen returning to his room in a pout so idk if there's something else sus he is up or if he's just still trying to accept the magic LBGT thing. |

| So is there any character in this series who isn't overly impressed with our unbeatable-kun for.. literally no reason whatsoever? I mean there is this new guy who's quite frankly isn't annoying, but they've to introduce him as someone who's just jealous of mc because he's at the centre of everything.. what? No wait, he ain't the first one who got introduced this way, or might say every new character gets this similar course lol. By the way, whatever the fuck with that girl who was simply following the dude this whole while?? She wants to get the harem pass too??? |
| 1st Year Tullio Rossi is for now, a hindrance to Oliver and his group of friends, being another egoistic person. Sparring class sees Pete lose against Tullio, and Oliver and Co. would as best friends help him, but like Michela and Oliver, debate against which house style is best for him, which ended up being that Tullio calls for a fight amongst all 1st Years to see who's the strongest, aside from the obvious Nanao within a fair fight that be done anytime, anywhere. Of course, with her 7th Spellblade, Nanao is unbeatable, while Michela heats up for her first bout in quite a while. Just as Oliver wraps up his training with Pete, a call from his siblings calls him deep to the labyrinth, where he finds Ophelia on the way, though she's not in the mood for any battles. Ophelia and Shannon are friends, though Oliver's re-accounto on Nanao being the 7th Spellblade seems more evident than ever. Sure, Tullio follows from behind, and Oliver accepts his deal of a duel that's won by whatever tricks one another has to fight to the death. Even when he still can, Oliver encourages Tullio to follow the script of the fundamentals before it's too late, and more than ever, he's a good rival who plays dirty, but has heart. |

| So we got a tournament arc? I'm definitely excited. This episode made me really appreciate Oliver. The way he analysed Rossi and even defeated him in the 8 moves like he claimed impressed me. |

| Nanao still hasn't not lost and Oliver defeating Rossi was quite nice. I am actually surprised with how much there is in this ngl. |
