| Otaku, magical girls, drama...geez, they stuffed a bunch of themes and genres together into a single anime. Not going to lie, I like the colorful character designs for this. Some of them looks unique and the show is confident in its premise. The Otaku Hero looks like a meme in a way with his trademark glasses. Still, I do like how the anime takes itself seriously. Anarchy also seems like a balance between a tough and sensitive character. Curious to see her development. |

| Remember Lerche's Fall 2021 show Gyakuten Sekai no Denchi Shoujo a.k.a Rumble Garanndoll? The same premise reused 1.5 years later, but with magical girls. Once again, another Otakudom vs. government calling, with the otaku culture dying at the hands of the government eradicating Akihabara and its people under the mysterious group SSC for "protection". But one person would come to re-revolutionize Akiba's otaku culture: Otaku Hero and the magical girl Anarchy, along with other magical girls Blue and Pink, being abducted by the Shobon group, and with efforts beleaguering their progress, with Otaku Hero calling it quits, Anarchy takes over. The battle commences between the SSC and the Otakudom, and just when Otaku Hero is about to lose hope, Anarchy gives him that hope to keep the otaku spirit alive and save Blue, hidden deep within the recesses of the SSC. Decent start, though this could be more enjoyable than Rumble Garanndoll. |

| Spring 2023 has continued its run of amazing premieres, and here is yet another one. This one is just a completely off the rails first episode, with tons of action and edginess, and I loved it. The premise is honestly pretty dumb, but sometimes the dumb stuff can be good nonetheless. Gotta protect those body pillows, anime, manga, and light novels at all costs! I wish they were a bit more creative with the magical girl names though. This premiere is about as enjoyable as the first episode of Akiba Maid War, which also had a very crazy and awesome first episode. Hopefully this isn't a case of blowing all the budget or showing all your cards in the premiere. OP was great as well, that's what gave me the final push to actually watch this. It was worth it. |

| Not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting much coming into this but that was quite an entertaining and very action-packed start! This shit's goofy, edgy, badass and I love it. I'm liking Anarchy's personality too. Really looking forward to seeing how this is going to go! Anyways, Jun Inagawa (aka the original creator of this anime) has to be one of the coolest dudes ever. Bro illustrates, DJs, collabs with fashion brands, and now he's got an anime lol. Definitely one of my favorite artists rn! |
| Insanely awesome first episode. Voice acting was fantastic. Had a mid/late 80's vibe to it which I love. It won't grab the attention of Westerners. I loved it and I thought the opening was one of, if not the best of the season so far. |

| You can see the staff is having a lot of fun on this one. This reminds me a lot of Rumble Garandoll which I also liked, just with different spice. |

| It's not funny, forced, boring characters and nothing interesting. One of the worst first episodes I've ever seen. Tries to take itself too seriously with a silly proposal that would be for a parody anime. |
| Some otaku pandering lmao but it's the initial premise, still uncertain how competent the writing will go. Animation wise is a hit or miss, but I do like the color pallete. |

| Had a strong and insane intro, with a completely and utterly unhinged OP at the end, but its story and comedy kinda lost steam for me as the episode went on. By the end it started to feel really generic in a way that I couldn't exactly write off as deliberate parody. Might be a case where I have to let it cook for a bit longer, but I don't know if I'm really feeling this one. |

| that was paced like a tornado. i have no idea what just happened, but i don't think i hated it? that ED is super creative and fun, though. the premise is stupid, but that's obviously on purpose, so i'm cautiously optimistic to see where this goes. |

| It's pretty fun so far, serious but very comedic at the same time. I think it's a promising anime I feel like it'll get weirder but better as the episodes go by and it may deal with satire and possibly psychology. The animation is really good and the characters seem fun, I also like the way they're referencing the culture. I can't wait to see more of Blue she seems really cool. Her and Anarchy kinda remind me of Panty and Stocking LOL. Amazing opening btw (kinda the reason why I started the anime in the first place lol). |
