| The king is smart and caring, exact opposite of Wapol. I love the relation between the Straw Hats and Marines (and Smoker). It's a classic "cops and robbers" feel. Crocodile is pretty confident. It's going to be rough in there, especially since there's way more than just Crocodile. |
| Crocodile seems to know something Luffy and his crew don't, thats why he is happy. Maybe going to Crocodile instead of the Rebels was the wrong choice? |

| Am I the only one who loves Zoro and that Navy girl (forget her name) interactions? They reminded us about the white bands, so I know that's going to play a role soon. Also, yep it figures The only face they don't know Sanji is on his own, Also they dismissed chopper as a threat so they don't know his face either. These two have to do something badass in this battle. |

| According to One Piece wiki, this arc still has a ways to go. Only some of it felt fillerish, but the thing with this arc is it takes a lot of time to build up. It may be a boring process to have to deal with this kind of thing, but I feel it will pay itself off in the end. |

| The arc is nowhere near to its end. And, do trust me on this one, it will get even better. Loved the moment where Luffy and Usopp spit the water at Smokey-chan. |

| Ever since that decrease in quality with the filler ended we've reached some of the best episodes of Alabasta yet. First, we got a really cool look at Koza. The way he told that kid off for immaturely hating the king showed he's quite something. I knew he would be an interesting character, I can't wait for him to play a more major role. His meeting with Vivi should be great. The king receiving the letter from Karoo was one of my favorite scenes in the anime. It was so inspirational. Cobra proving again and again he's the best king ever. "So what if the rebels destroy the palace?! I've told you before, a country is its people! Even if the royal army falls, as long as Crocodile falls we will be reborn!" We can definitely see where Vivi got her sense of leadership. The way he's willing to get rid of the little reputation he has left and lose everything in trust of his citizens is amazing. What a great a support Cobra is. He's another character that I can't wait to have more of a role in this arc. The scene where the straw hats were approaching Rainbase and trying to be sneaky and Luffy screamed to Crocodile was reminiscent of one of my favorite Yuyu Hakusho scenes where The idea of a presumably weaker person being so fed up and ready to beat the crap out of a legend that he gets rid of all advantageous position to get it out of the way as quickly as possible is one of my favorite types of scenes which I've only seen twice as of now. As it's been speculated, Sanji's face isn't known, and Chopper only has his little cute form known, so these two could play a very big and decisive role in the upcoming battle. |

| King Nefertiri was so hesitant on raising his hand on the Rebel Army but now that they know who the real enemies are, he instantly sprung into action and ordered his troops to prepare with such an authoritative aura. The Straw Hats have seen their target destination and started to frantically run towards it because both the Millions and the Marines are hot on their heels. |

| I don’t see the straw hats winning against Sir crocodile. They barely made it against Mr. 3... I feel like this is going to be the first big L for them but let’s see... Also I love the moments when Zoro sees that chic and remembers his childhood friend xD |
| The king is very wise. He understood what is going on. He knows what to save and what to do in such a critical situation. And Karu is also back and he is safe. Man, he drank a lot of water. So now the king knows who's behind. Things will be amazing now. Straw-hats finally made it and now just defeat the monster. Though it doesn't seems very easy. They also got company of Smokey XD!!! Luffy has some moves - Gum gum leave me alone. XD!!! |

| Let's go! Karoo has finally delivered the letter to Cobra. Lmao Capt. Smoker and Luffy really have a connection huh? They are unexpectedly meeting each other a lot. Welp looks like Sanji, Vivi and Chopper are split up from the main group. I wonder if Smoker will participate in the fight with Crocodile. His DF powers are kinda op too. |

| karoo is safe, thank fuck pell has an interesting character design, i hope to see more of him zoro is such a shit stirrer when it comes to sanji, their bickering is really starting to take shape and remind me why i was shipping them before i even knew what shipping was as a kid zoro calling sanji “prince” to fuck with sanji’s girl-crazy shtick is the beginning of what much later down the line i can only describe as “there is no hetero explanation for these two” in my mind nice to see smoker again, it’s fun watching him and luffy’s cat and mouse game nami and usopp are a great duo, love seeing them flounder |
| Smooker is such an interesting character. I feel like he going to be the wild card in this and actually help Luffy and the gang with crocodile. Also unfortunately I can see the king dying and vivi taking over as queen |
| Well this was definitely a funny episode. The return of Smoker and his lieutenant, I love how Smoker is just talking about finding Luffy and the others and then him and Usopp just show up in the same place he's at and it only takes them to look at each other to figure that out. Plus the classic spit take. XD Really do like episodes where the Straw Hats get up to their usual shenanigans when they are out and about. The group is separated for now and they are heading towards the casino/base that Crocodile has as a headquarters. That being said things are most certainly heating up because Luffy and co are close by to where Crocodile is now. King Cobra has finally gotten Karoo's message and is aware of the group's progress now. He really is a noble king and I can see where Vivi gets her sense of leadership about her. He was willing to sacrifice his reputation what little he has left just to deal with the problem at hand is so admirable. I'm going to bet Smoker is gonna play a hand in the fight with Crocodile, whose side he's on I'll have to tune in next to find out. Otherwise great episode nonetheless. |
