| Wow, i'm really impressed with this first episode! Considering I usually don't like isekai shows, it's really refreshing to see something different. I was starting to wonder why Mein was so nice...that didn't last long lol. Protag is a completely different person from what he was at the start of this episode. And is that a foxgirl slave I see?! Really hyped to see more of this next week. |

| There's some very generic and predictable things here. The girl looking like she was playing with him from the very beginnining. Get sucked into book and you become the hero of the world, to make it even more generic there's four heroes to save the day * cough* final fantasy The trailer is so generic I mean gosh... its hard to even recommend anyone to watch it However....... I was about to not even give it a chance but I'm so glad that I did.It starts to get interesting later on and I can already tell the progression will be quite nice and he's gonna be the real hero later, looks promising. I'll definitively watch this one. |

| Awesome first episode. I felt bad for the MC, fuck that bitch! This is a very interesting take for the start of an isekai, the false rape accusation is definitely something that is relevant in today's world. Kinema Circus looks like they have another winner on their hands and hearing Kevin Penkin's music again was a treat. The music that played in the slave tent made me have goosebumps, so eerie! Can't wait for more. |

| Holy shit this is looking to be one beautiful anime. The detail and effort put into the background, and some of those shots (like at 42:46-42:50) damn. And fukn Kevin Penkin is not disappointing me at all in the music department either (when they were confronting him or the chill bit before the restaurant meal..) It's too early to call stuff on plot and writing, but both the art and OST department are superb so far! I can't forget that this is from the studio which produced Made in Abyss. |
