| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- YES!!! this was good!! this is one of my favorite moments from Whole Cake Island! Sanji seeing Pudding's third eye, the one that everyone else said made her ugly and a monster, and calling it beautiful, is so amazing to me <3 it just shows Sanji's character of seeing the beauty in things so well. and we also see how Pudding got her sadistic side by being verbally abused and picked on ever since she was a child, and in order to fight back she tries to truly become a monster. I love all of it. this was one of my favorite parts in the manga and they handled it so well here <3 also multiple Luffys popping out of the cake at the end was just perfect! I'm just gonna go cry now because of how much I love Sanji T^T |

| Quite a poor episode in terms of an adaptation if I'm honest. They built up the scene where Sanji lifted up the veil for a good 2 minutes, including a break, but the animation for Katakuri's shot was mediocre at best and it barely focused on the fact that Sanji used his own proficient observation Haki to dodge it. At least Pudding's flashback was done well, I enjoyed that part. |
| Sanji is easy man if there is a woman he will love them no matter how twisted/ugly they look. Its easy to saw Pudding got some complex with her eye and flag Sanji will be first to said her eye/true face are not ugly/creepy the moment she talking with Big Mom. If she don't love Sanji after this i don't know what will stole her heart. |

| This has got to be one of the few episodes where I think dragging it out would've been better. The tension in this episode, the music, everything culminating into... an assload of Luffys. I want there to be more tension at the end!!!! Still one of the best episodes of the arc, but dammit there was virtually no tension!! |
 Sometimes you just gotta realize that you can't watch every anime you want to. The struggle is far too real for that. |

| I thought that the entrance would be more epic. I mean, there was no tension when Luffy came out, come on this could have been dona way better. Didn´t understand Pudding, she was tearing of happiness but at the same she wanted to shoot Sanji. Another thing, how did they use the mirrors to get out from the cake, was it empty from the inside ? Was me the only confused after seeing next week´s preview ? I was expecting some action and what do I get ? Jinbe drinking sake with Big Mom |

| Pudding's childhood trauma could be animated better. Her backstory isn't long and deep enough to agitate the watcher. This was also a good change for slowing down the pace, but they didn't use it. I hope they don't do the same thing with the background story of Big Mama's that old relative/acquaintance. |

| The reveal of the 3rd eye was pretty great and I feel so bad for Pudding-chan :( Luffys appearance at the end lmao,the wedding is on fire now. Looking forward to next week. |

I think they put a mirror inside the cake, Bege is the one responsible for the securance so is really not a hard mission. A lot of things will happen simultaneous now, so is just a matter of focus of the next episode. |

| Sanji discovers finally the third eye hidden from Pudding even if he already knew it. However, when he saw, he complimented. What it was not normally planned. And the Pudding reaction is surprising. Maybe she's not so bad that we would have thought. |

| Damn that was such a good episode. I loved it. The beginning was absolute hilarious when Jimbei tried to wake up Luffy xD The tension till Sanji began to raise Puddings wedding veil was absolute on point especially with the with the heart beat in the background. For me that was also one of the best if not the best Whole Cake Island episode. When Katakuri saw the future I was also as confused as him about Pudding being on the ground. But seeing her past explains a lot about her character. That must be a hard time for her and Sanjis words were the best what he could have done in this situation. He also managed to avoid Katakuris attack. And now I finally know what Luffy meant with his perfect distraction. Pretty clever I have to say :D I can't wait for the next episode. Jimbei vs. Big Mom oh boy. |

| Really good episode. Sanji's purity destroys Pudding's resolve. :( That dodge was pretty awesome. Expected a little more animated movement during the cake entrance but hey at least it was awesome. |

| The only thing, the one and only thing that is bad in One Piece anime is the slow pacing. They way they drag every episode is very annoying and it makes you feel like you're just wasting your time. But other than that, it's awesome and this shit right here, I just fucking love it. I mean look at that in the end who the hell would have expected that without reading the manga? Pudding's backstory is interesting and short and precise. |

Like that eye would her make look like a monster when she has siblings with a giraffe neck and one who is a damn shark. And people call her ugly just because she has a third eye? | Finally caught up with this series. Gotta say the pace is literally snail's, you gotta accumulate a few episodes to binge to have any fun watching it. |
