I think I have corrected them. I have changed Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann to the "over 10 charaters listed" requirement. I have moved Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha: The Movie 2nd A's to the "aired in the summer requirement. I have obviously removed the non-comedy errors completely. I have added Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Movie: Gurren-hen as an "action and comedy". To do this I have removed Kurenai no Buta from the "action and comedy". I have put Trinity Seven into the "fantasy and comedy" requirement. It appears that I actually had 41 items in my list so I think this covers everything. Sorry the fixes here are a little complicated. I think its right now. |

Something got shifted when I was copy and pasting BBC from excel to MAL. I replaced this with Haha wo Tazunete Sanzenri (Special), I watched this on April 29th, 2017. Five Fire Fish - probably got so exited when it was added to the MAL database during the 1 Year Challenge b/c it wasn't included in the original Yamamura collection. I just watched the Yawara! Sore Yuke Koshinuke Kids!! side story from the Naoki Urasawa collection as a replacement today. Gosick Recap - I can swap this out for Kekkai Sensen: Ousama no Restaurant no Ousama. I watched this on August 14, 2017. The Gosick Recap used to be normal length on MAL since the whole ep was a normal length https://i.imgur.com/z6sPgHm.jpg but looks like they cut out every instance of the live-action segments so the current duration is now under 15 min. Kemy Tamheomdae - I forgot about this but this is a weird entry. This anime was 'complete' at the time of my turn in. MAL had it listed at ~6 min per ep b/c the official yt channel did it like that for the early eps. Each short story = 1 episode. At episode 26 (aka ep 13 part 2), everyone thought it was over. B/c that "final" episode came out ~2 weeks after the TV airing's final ep and the yt channel didn't release anymore eps after as it was a weekly web release. That is until 6 months later (3 months after I had the show 'completed') they released an ep 14 out of the blue that was ~12 min long (literally 3 days after I turned in the 1 Year Anniversary challenge, you can look at the youtube timestamp). Two short stories = 1 episode. And they continued releasing double length eps so the MAL duration was changed to ~12 min. I got the tip off from a Korean Anime club member about the addition and change; and dialed back my watch count to reflect the two new eps out then/reflect that this show isn't actually 'over' yet. Then ep 27 was released and what a bamboozle. This show pulled another switcharoo and the real thing 4 short stories = 1 episode with a ~24 min duration. Making for "52" yt videos (technically 65 videos). I didn't learn about this till mid-September where I then updated the MAL duration with approval by the anime mod Kiri https://i.imgur.com/XRKQCQQ.jpg but forgot about having had used this anime for the challenge as it'd been 3 months since I turned it in. I ended up subscribing to the yt channel after that last folly and watched+downloaded the show as it continued and ended in October. https://i.imgur.com/c7v9lsE.jpg I did not update my MAL watching status past the first folly because I honestly thought that this show might trick us all again and continue on just like how it did twice before. As it is right now, I can set the show to complete-complete. But I needed to tell you how frickin' crazy this anime entry had evolved and might evolve again!! Still, I did accidentally use it twice in the challenge. Since it no longer was watched over a week it should still work for the Aired in May/June one. I swaped the "Watch a TV-type within a week" one for Piace: Watashi no Italian which I completed on March 29, 2017. It's a short anime and took only 45 minutes to watch the whole thing so I watched it all that day. The nasty bit is that who doesn't get notifications isn't decided by order of quoting, but by alphabetical order (which would explain why SheyCroix & Sojin were among the ones left over). So my advice would be to avoid quoting more than 20 different people in a single post, and make new posts as needed. (We had the same kind of issues with the newsletters before we settled for our current work-around.) |

Just asking in case there's someone who also wants to fix his/her post but didn't get the notif. I never knew MAL was going by alphabetical order and thought it was a bug or the like, no matter how many are quoted. So thanks for the heads up, will split my post into several parts next time. |

| @Jhiday @NaineLIEz The limit of @ mentions that we've tested and confirmed (sorta) was 50. For the quote nofications, I'm not sure if there's a limit. All I can say is, both Ayo and I have quoted beyond the 25 amount you suggested + Naine's # of quotes. The MAL notification system has always been wack and doesn't send notifications here and there. Also, @NaineLIEz, always tell them to resubmit. We don't wanna give our HoF admin a hard time. :D |
