| What a chapter!!! A great amount of progressive within this chapter. Chopper, Carrot, Pero, Nami and Jimbei rescuing Brook from Big Mom Brook showing everyone that he has gotten the poneglyph rubbings Sanji running around Whole Cake Island looking for Luffy Seeing Luffy like that at end was shocking but it was great Sanji finally found him. Finally, Luffy get some food. |

| Waow, Brook is THE madman in this entire arc. >First of the SHs to stand his ground against a Yonko >Manages to get a copy of the Road Poneglyph Nami&co trying to free him from BM & switch him with the decoy was hilarious. Sanji finds a deadbeat & starving Luffy. It's finally mealtime. So I wonder now that the SHs got their objective & Sanji is (almost) back on their side, are they going to escape, or still will barge in the wedding & create chaos ? |

| Great chapter this week. Bobbins seems to have an interesting power, putting people to sleep. Looking forward to seeing what he does now. That whole BM segment was freaking hilarious. Haven't laughed like that in One Piece for a while. Brook my man has no chill xD There he is being held by BM and is peacefully sleeping xDD Seeing all those challenges fail was great. Loved these facial expressions as well hahahaha. Jimbe be like I've too used to this shit xD Brook gets a hug from Nami xD Well as most of us suspected Brook hid the fish prints in his skull. I was expecting him to only copy the road poneglyph but not the others but that's great. Brook my man, the MVP. Sanji finally meeting up with Luffy. This face tho <3 No break seems like. | I could not stop laughing when I saw Brook in bed with Big Mom. He's definitely impressed me this arc. About the only SH member that has. What is Bobbin's plan? Why knock out the help to go after Sanji by himself. I'm seriously gonna call it out if this is the reason the SHs end up escaping. The Big Mom pirates and her fabled information network have already been made out to be trash. |

| Good chapter, really enjoyed, especially the part with Brook, he was so funny this chapter. Like many guessed he hid the poneglyphs blueprints in his skull, so that was nice on Oda's part using an 'ability' that Brook has. Give the man some food for fuck's sake, he needs it. Feels like the arc is getting closer to its climax, maybe within the next 10 or so chapter its finished, I really want to see the Reverie Arc, and of course Wano. |

Although there was comedy, everything happening advanced the plot and it was well placed. Something Hiro Mashima consistenly fails to do and Oda struggled during the Dressrosa Arc. Which had also Loonie tunes villains but the difference between them and Big Mom was that the comedic parts of her personality occured during a slow comedic chapter, not during a tensionfilled fight. It´s a matter a of execution, which Oda pulled off perfectly this time unlike Dressrosa where it was a bunch of horseshit. I agree, the comedy was good in this one, it wasn't so good (as you mentioned in Dressrosa) with Kaido and the drinking problem he had, that really felt miss placed (bringing this up since he's a yonko too, so a bit of comparison between the two). |

It had everything, and it all was so well-balanced. I have never paid much attention to Brook, but in this arc he really became one of my favourites! I loved the comedy about the fly, Brook being cool, and even Sanji finding Luffy! 5/5 chapter. My prediction is that Sanji might want to save the Germa from Big Mom, just because of his pure heart.. I am sure that Luffy is still way too weak to fight Big Mom, so they will do it fast. My bet still stands that someone sudden is yet to appear that could mix up the story, maybe Big Mom will fight someone, like Sanji's father to give them time to escape. Or Big Mom gets extremely enraged by all these things happened, shaming her, and she destroys her own island in her rage. I just simply doubt this arc will end in Big Mom's defeat. Except if Black Beard appears to steal her powers too, lol. |

| When it comes to One Piece antagonist, Dolfamingo, Hody, Arlong and Crocodile are the only characters that aren't quirky in some ways I can think of right now. When it comes to One Piece characters in general, completely serious ones are rare..and sometimes they play the straight man anyway (Jinbe). Since pretty much the very beginning with Shanks..that's been the tone for things. Honestly though, Brook has to be the most sidelined crewmate in the series. He joined the arc before the straw-hats were separated and Luffy gained the center attention for nine volumes. Fishman Island was pretty much used soley to show the crew growth in strength, the Ponelglpyh revelation and for Jinbe's backstory. Punk Hazard was brief and he was virtually non-existent in the next one because Dressrosa already had enough to work with. Everyone got due attention on Zou (easily the best new world arc btw), but it was a breather arc so I'm not counting it. He got off-paneled last chapter. This moment was due for a really long time, basically. |
