I like Souda, I really do. But he can't top the awesomeness that is Gundham Tanaka the Forbidden One. Plus he and Sonia has this nice yin-yang contrast. Tanaka has a dark aura, but he's really a good person. Sonia seems the most innocent and light person, but she as a mischievous (if harmless) person. |

Yes! Introduction to my Ultimate Despair Waifu! I really liked the fact that Imposter's personality shines even during his guise. During Danganronpa 2 he showed to be a much more understanding and compassionate person as Fat Togami which raised a lot of discussion how out of character it was for Togami before the revelation. He's truly a kind person. And for those questioning Mukuro's personality. That's how she always was. We didn't see much of her in Danganronpa 1 but it was explicitly stated and shown in Danganronpa If that she was obsessed with Junko. She later developed feelings for Naegi and didn't want to harm him but she was still loyal to Junko. Mukuro was perhaps the first person Junko inflicted with Ultimate Despair before moving on to Hope's Peak. Personally, I believe the two feelings, her obsession with Junko who is Ultimate Despair and her feelings for Naegi who is Ultimate Hope, conflicted in Danganronpa If and her psyche compromised so as to not completely shatter by making Junko her enemy and protecting Naegi. Also, I thought Hiyoko's growth spurt happened over the course of the two years she spent at Hope's Peak but it was only SIX MONTHS?! Did she get her genes from Son Goku?! |

| I hate the focus is on extra new characters like Yukizome. I couldn't give two shits, the bitch is dead. I would like them to focus on the original game characters. LOL they animated Saionji's growrth spurt. Her voice is still annoying though. The Ultimate Imposter looks so out of place in this cast tbh and it's fucking hilarious. I want to see him impersonate Nagito or Makoto with his delicious plus sized figure. At least, we got to see him impersonate Byakuya with his wonderful man titties. The creator of Danganronpa has a fetish for body odor or something, particular female body odor. I don't remember any of the guys smelling bad in this series. My male cousin is the smelliest person I know. He smells like he was soaked in sale, sweat and urine so I'm guessing this is how Touko, Saionji and Mukuro smell like. |

| Finished the fifth episode of the despair arc -pretty funny how yukizome went into a fit of rage when talking about the reserve course job,yet after that we see her saying "it is already march. time sure flies" without a care in the world as if she was returning from a holiday XD -so he told her to make sure her students wont cause trouble anymore. pretty certain that is pretty unlikely XD -expected the class to be different and full of despair when she returned. glad to see it was still lively :) -nice reference to Sonia and Gundham's "compatibility" in DR2 XD -very glad to see once again how incredibly awesome my favorite DR2 character is! taking care of the animator like that :D -the conversation intrigued me though. he says he started impersonating him "shortly after they arrived", which means he was scouted as the ultimate imposter (like the DR2 paper proves). thus,why didnt yokizome try to get the real animator too back in episode 1? since the school knows that imposter isnt animator. also,he says he will need to change his current impersonation,but that was a full year before byakuya entered the school. i guess he was pretty much expected to enter it even then though. -also,poor Mikan XD. glad she was happy at the end of the episode though :) -FINALLY our dear despair Enoshima Junko enters the anime! this series is about to get ten times more awesome XD. Mukuro doesnt disappoint either ;) -and the hilarity begins! LOVE the car scene with them! sweet sweet stabbing despair XD -didnt get the "vision level 53000 deep space real estate guy" reference lol. somebody mind explaining that one? was a pretty good episode. time for the arc of Junko to start ;) |

| Oh shit! Things are picking up. Junko's showed up, along with the other characters in the first games. It seems Hajime's transformation is complete as well. Things are certainly getting exciting! |
| I haven’t been a huge fan of these anime so far, but this was my favorite episode of Future and Despair arcs yet! Firstly, Ryota was beautifully explored in just a few moments. Seeing him bullied by his peers and surrounded by parental conflict, escaping into the world of anime with a smile on his face transitioned to where he is now was an immediate and effective way to learn about him. It reminded me of a conversation Reckful and Dr.K had on dharma and making a game. Reckful had found hope through games when he went through difficult times as a kid and he wanted to give kids who were in his shoes that experience too. That’s what Ryota was doing and it was powerful. It made me genuinely interested in a new character for the potential first time in these two arcs. Of course, him later explicitly telling the audience what we could gather within a few powerful seconds knocked my excitement down a peg. It may have felt like it was talking down to the audience subconsciously, to show rather than tell, and then tell us explicitly. But that’s just a nitpick. The Junko and Mukuro scene was the other scene which made this my favorite episode yet. I honestly don’t like Junko as a character but she is such a centerpiece to the entire franchise and such an extravagant presence that I am interested in seeing her. The strong soundtrack on top of her narration antics had so much style. Then there’s Mukuro who I’m obviously interested in because of how little we do know about her. Quickly it appeared she was Junko’s first fanatical follower, finding the thought of dying by her sister's hand to be romantic. |

| This was a very eventful episode; Junko and Mukuro finally made an appearance! And we got to see the beginning of how Hajime got into the main course! And omg Makoto standing outside the school again and Junko drawing Monokuma... Puhuhu~! No Nagito this episode though... At least we saw more of best girl Mikan. |
| Junko and her antics is really entertaining. I probably like SDR2 cast, including Junko, more than DR1 cast. |
