| The bad animation didn't really bother me. Not a bad episode overall; of course Kougami would never get blown into guts at such a random time, but it was still a somewhat tense scene with the Captain. |

| I noticed the awkward animation as well. But ignoring that, it was another enjoyable Psycho-Pass episode. Really can't wait to see the conclusion to this. |

When daddy detective and son detective had their nice convo (the conversation was actually really good) there were multiple frames missing. Pay special attention to son detective after getting up from the chair. If it wasn't enough, look at daddy detective's face when he was reading a paper in that bar before he gave that key to Kogami. The detail level was okay, but the character drawings reminded me of recent lapses in shoujo anime. But not taking anything away from the episode itself. Not as good as the last couple of episodes, but still very good. |

| I really don't know what happened to the animation in this episode. I guess I can't complain too badly because they were only small instances and not whole 5 minute segments like Samurai 7, but still noticeable. This series really has me intrigued. Foreshadowing? Hmm... |
| Damn.. Kougami should've slept with Shion. This episode was not as entertaining as the previous ones but it was still good. Kougami is doing what no one else could do. Looking forward to seeing him use guns. I have a feeling Akane is going to shoot him at the end. This is Uro after all, the MC is most likely going to die. I'm still hoping for a Kougami and Shougo team up. At least temporarily. I'm still hoping for Kagari to come back. |

| I somewhat enjoyed this episode and it does a good job of breaking the intensity of the last few episodes and preparing us for the finale. Granted, while I don't generally care for animation quality...it was incredibly derpy this episode. I think this should be taken as good news when the director had to apologize for the quality. I believe the last 4 episodes will be great/more than decent in terms of quality. It would be embarrassing having to apologize twice. Especially this late into the series. Wonder if you tried Saya No Uta...Urobuchi at his utmost relentlessness. Either some people die or those that lived wished they were dead (for the most part). While tragedy is Urobuchi's favorite tool, I agree he is capable of providing what isn't necessarily a bad ending. I heard he is trying to tone down the tragedy aspects of his writing a bit lately. Either way, I won't rule a 'good' ending for this series yet. |

| Alright, as soon my RSS told me that the episode was available download, I didn't hesitate a second to download and watch the episode. Especially after what happened on the plain where Makishima Shugou went badass on that crazy Chief. Well unfortunately after seeing this episode, she\he\it is still alive. I was irritated enough already of that thing and now she was about to kill Kougami. Glad Akane stepped up and paralyzed him before nothing bad happened. Now Gino should know what the chief is capable of, and should take the measure for something like that to not happen again, looking forward to the next episode for that. The scene where Masaoka and Gino is having father and son moment really put a smile on my face. That was a great moment in this episode. Well Kougami is leaving behind his duties and now seeks his own justice due to the Sibyl system not being capable to judge a guy like Makishima Shugou, and he can't let him leave him be for the time due to his dangerous crimes, but I feel he is after the Sibyl system more than Kougami at the moment, and has some plan for that involving Kougami. Now there is 4 episodes left of this great show, and now really looking forward to see how Urobucher has planned for the ending. Now that people are mentioning the stand off with Akane, Shugou and Shinya at the OP, I feel there are more to it than Akane will try to stop Shinya for not letting Sibyl system do it's work, but can't speculate much about that now. The show is now getting really interesting! |

| Quality has certainly dropped in this episode. This show looks bad without getting good quality artwork. Hope they will redrawn a few shit for the Blu-Ray since this is one of the few series i am actually consider buying. Anyway the show was kind of boring. It felt that this events could have happen in half an episode. Maybe they just wanted to end with the letter and Kougami going outlaw. Akane did the awesome move for the episode. And expected the cyborg bitch is back although i have to say that he boldness seems to have went a little too far by openly demonstrating her ability to overwrite the dominator. Isn't there going to be a reaction for what she did? That also give them hints about Kagari's death since they already suspected that a dominator could have erased all evidence. |
