Another great episode!

I still think Eiji's zombie manga idea is better. Nice to see a lot of Hattori this episode. Yup, time to step it up :3

Not just those two, Miho is also trying her best.

Wow, REVERSI > Zombie Gun for one shot. lol @ Shuujin's face. They are still doing two works now, though they can vs in the same magazine.

Saikou owning his uncle's stuff, including his diary, which made him realize there's another thing that he has to make it come true.

Awesome episode. I would love to see their new manga to be released for real, and wow, they finally won against Eiji even though it was just a one-shot.

Actually, about 7 years have passed since episode 1.

They change clothes sometimes. Takagi doesn't wear the red jacket anymore.

Still, they should have changed physically a bit more.

Hahaha true. I wonder why. Since it's an anime about manga/anime (and very good one). the creator must notice it, too. Nevertheless they don't change the characters' physical design somehow.

Finally got subbed! Reversi one-shot came 1st and set a new record for the most votes for 1st rank. Omfg I got so hyped when they were celebrating. xD Man, Hattori is such an awesome editor. He really wants Ashirogi Mutou to succeed and seriously wants to be the editor for Reversi. Yuujirou is such a considerate guy. I really like his rivalry with Hattori. He has become a great team leader. PCP in Hisshou Jack and Reversi in Weekly Shounen Jack. Aww hellz yeah! LET'S GO REVERSI VS ZOMBIE GUN!
Man I just loved this episode, it was as if I was celebrating with the characters. :D

Wow they packed a lot in this episode, sad they skipped the part where Heishi acts all cool because he's the new Editor in Chief X D but that's just a personal thing and doesn't really affect the overall story

Can they do the rest of the content in the remaining episodes? or will there be a season four with 12 episodes?

Yes, there are just 21 chapters of the manga left, and the anime still has 7 episodes.
They doesn't even need to make it super fast paced, just 3 chapters per episode.

Whoa, the duo has 2 serializations, one is PCP , while the other is Revsersi. It's gonna be tough.

I wonder how does 'Shounen Jack" differ from Hisshou Jack?

Ooh the atmosphere is heavy! Hattori looks so constipated!
Anyways. This is all settled.

And the appearance of that notebook. This story started with the notebook... and it will end with the notebook as well. So heavily connected to Death Note!!!

Soon, we will get to see more Azuki hopefully!

the reality equivalent to the magazines in bakuman would be shonen jump (naruto, OP, beelzebub, etc) and jump square (rosario, TLR, dgray, claymore, ao exorcist , etc).

man watching this show really gets me pumped up. TIME TO TAKE ON THE WORLD

That's how I feel.

Quite good episode, I loved especially the part with Hattori-san, even though it was really shounenish cliche :D I must say that artstyle of this series is seriously not quite good. Hattori-san looks like a monkey, sometimes. Still, I love the pacing, it's perfect imo. Hard to see that this series is ending soon... :(

So is there a chance we'd get such an awesome addition to Jump sometime soon too? Obha, Obata, where are you guys to save Jump once again?

Weekly Shounen Jack = Weekly Shounen Jump (in the manga it's WSJump, but they changed it to Jack for some reason)
Hisshou Jack is similar to Jump SQ, which is a monthly magazine. Ao no Exorcist and D.Gray-man are serialized in SQ.

Both magazines belong to the same publisher, Shueisha.

I look exactly like the same as I did 7 years ago. They are in that range of age where the physical body remains relatively stable.

From 14 to 21 years old? I don't think so.

I mean, everybody is different, but this is normally the time when one changes the most. It is the transition from kid to man.

This was an awesome episode. When Ashirogi Mutou got the #1 spot, I could feel their excitement. Finally, a victory for them. Everyone's reactions in this episode were great and the series hadn't had this kind of spark in a while. Very inspiring.

I disagree. Kaya looks way more mature. Although Mashiro and Takagi never switch clothes (DAT SAIKO BLUE COAT) they got way more slender as the series progressed. (In season one there were no long limbs)

It still kinda disappoints me seeing they never "cancelled/finished" One Piece, Naruto and the other cheesy clichéd series over the years on Bakuman's universe. I really doubt that by 2019 they won't have finished.

One Piece will definitely be there in 2019.

Right now they are just starting the second half of the Grand Line, and the author said he has done like 60% of the story right now.

Naruto instead is clearly ending, it probably will be over in 2014.

The transition is usually more apparent from 12 to 15 than 14 to 21.

Look again. They did change. Just the changes were subtle because the artist is well known for being subtle in changes in age.

I mean just look at Hikaru no Go volume 1 and last volume.
