Fullmetal Alchemist
| for me personally, it's a really good show and is definitely a classic. but does it really deserve the top spot? i don't think so. eventhough i watched FMAB and i really enjoyed it, it just didn't stay with me like other shows. easily forgettable. |

| It's great, one of my favorite shonen anime. It's one of those shows that does almost everything right. It's a shame that it doesn't include some of the early chapters from the manga but everything else makes up for it. 9/10 |

| I remember I enjoyed it quite a bit, but I'm not liking the so-called "comedy" of every Bones anime I've recently watched, so I'm having some doubts. Better than AoT but it doesn't deserve the #1 spot. |

| its a great gateway anime thats all i can say about it plus the messages are good equivalent exchange, all is one and one is all, god is you and everyone, etc |

| I think it's a fantastic show, but it's a real damn shame that most people these days tend to skip over FMA '03 in favor of jumping straight into Brotherhood. Because the latter definitely assumes that you've already watched the former, and thus it doesn't handle the beginning parts of the story nearly as well, which undermines a lot of its emotional impact. |

| It's an amazing anime. But no anime ever fares well against the expectations of a newcomer whose bar has been set in unrealistic ways with the magic of overhype. |
| I can't say for sure I am kinda biased towards it, it has been 9 years or so since I watched it and I had a blast at that time probably the only anime that I finished in just 3 days. |

| one of the best anime I have ever watched, lots of cool concepts I liked, some hot girls here and there, mediocre battle scenes but high stakes in the end. You may argue that FMA had more interesting concepts and overall plot but FMAB was really good, I felt this anime right though my heart, best experience in my anime watching life. Still, my other favs are on par with it |

| FMAB is one of the best shounen anime I have watched. I like how the history and alchemy tie in and make a compelling story overall. There is a great cast of characters who have different goals and the fights are entertaining. The music and soundtrack are captivating. The MC achieved his goal and had a happy ending. Not many shounen anime ends on a high note |

| i have hateful memory of watching some anime etched in my brain for year, i usually lower the score of such impactful anime. So i prefer forgettable. But fmab was quite pleasantly memorable though |

| I watched the original twice, so I personally don't see too much of a reason to watch Brohood at this point; in that I currently don't have a desire for more FMA. |

| It's definitely worthy of being number 1. It's extremely well paced and tightly written. Every episode contributes. It has a ton of great villains and fights. That multi episode sequence of Al vs Pride and Kimblee (best character) is just perfection. |
