However, aside from SEED, those are all in the Universal Century timeline, so it'd probably be best to watch at least the original Gundam first.
There's another notable one I'm thinking of right off the top of my head, but just recommending it seems like a big ol' spoiler.
These following two aren't a part of the Universal Century timeline which means you can dive right in, but... I feel like a lot of people hate AGE while I can't tell if people actually like Wing or the nostalgia of it. However, if you liked 00 then you might like Wing.
