 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Wakame Konbu's Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!) manga revealed on Friday the main staff, cast, and first key visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to air on August 1 at 2:00 a.m. on TV Asahi and ABC TV's ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block and will run for two consecutive cours.Cast Jahy: Naomi Oozora (Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!) Druj: Kana Hanazawa (Gabriel DropOut) Salwa: Mikako Komatsu (Edens Zero) Kyouko Jinguu: Sumire Uesaka (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san) Kokoro: Yui Ogura (Magia Record: Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden (TV)) Ogura is also performing the opening theme for the first cour "Fightin★Pose." The track will be released on August 11 as her 14th single. Also I literally rubbed my eyes when I saw that it's gonna start on August, like what the hell. But hey I'm excited for this anime, and it's 2-cour, so it'll be a lotta fun. |

| Yui Ogura back to singing OP themes again is a nice sign of things to come, that might be a CD I should pick up. Also Uzaki's VA voicing Jahy should be pretty good. |

| I think we're looking at half length episodes here though, because unless they're planning to do some anime original stories, 6 volumes just aren't enough to adapt into regular 2 cours. |

| 2 cours is surprising for a simple show like this, though the premiere date may suggest like To Your Eternity's weird late release (or D4DJ for that matter). Nonetheless, happy to hear Satania's VA again. |
