| I'll probably aim for a likeable cast as well as factor length with nice blend of comedy and action Gintama (300+ episodes) Jojo (150+ episodes) Hajime no Ippo (125+ episodes) Mob Psycho 100 Golden Kamuy The last one is tough though. Probably between Monogatari or LotGH given their length and story telling. I will take Monogatari (need more female voices, also has fanservice) |

| Probably either high octane thrillers that are decently long, or shows that can be re-watched over and over cuz they have that value. Attack on Titan cuz it's long-ish, and is basically just thrills that don't get old. Steins;Gate cuz it has re-watch value and it's an amazing show with incredible characters. The Monogatari Series cuz it's long and has one of the highest re-watch values I've ever seen because there's so much to unpack. Bunny Girl Senpai because I feel like I could watch it a million times for some reason. Re:Zero cuz it's a thriller and it's decently long. Gintama because it has the best cast I've ever seen in anime, many many arcs that I forget about until I'm reminded of their existence, and so many quality packed episodes. I could subsist on just Gintama if I wanted to. |

| I would pick: Black Butler Say "I Love You" Haikyuu Shimoneta Nanatsu No Taizai Itou Junji: Collection I choose them because they not the same genre. Romance, sport, action, comedy, horror, fantasy. I would never choose 5 action anime just because they long. |

| Bleach, Naruto Shippuuden, Hunter x Hunter, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Monster, and Ahiru no Sora. Yes, I'll rewatch them in that exact order multiple times. You'll notice a common thread between all these shows: they're very, very long. The logic underpinning this eccentric selection of shows is that I picked them because it would take literal ages to rewatch them, which means by the time I finish Ahiru no Sora, I'd wanna rewatch Bleach for nostalgia purposes because it would have been years by the time I got to AnS. It's a perfect cycle where I'll never get tired of rewatching, because there is such an enormously long wait between different cycles of rewatches that rewatching something will feel like I'm doing it because I want to, not because I have to rewatch them according to the rules of this thread's premise. |
