No anime has actually satisfied my anime taste, That I can call a MasterPiece (10/10), still searching... hopefully one day I will find that show and obsess over it till I die.
For the anime to be a 10/10: It must Be Rewatchable even after the inital watch, maintaing the same effect. The anime has to have a place in my heart (subjective), I like older animes so they have a higher chance to get to the 10/10 spot, It must stand out from the shows I have seen. Lastily, it must have some aspect of philosophy that I will enjoy (This is a must). THERE ARE SO MANY MORE REASONS THIS IS JUST A SELECT NUMBER OF THEM. This is how it works: I search the Animes Rated (1) Appalling and just start from page 1 until I get to... Well it would be hard to get to (9) Great, as that is literally every anime, however, I will document my progression of "pages" completed Below + Targets I have for completing the pages.
Later down this list you will also see the "MileStones" of how many anime I wish to complete, as well as the date I have reached that MileStone.

I have completed the first page for Avant Garde, However, I will not continue with this genre (category) anymore as the genre has no relevancy to anime in my opinion. This is art and that is not my goal for this challenge. ( I will occasionally watch a few and maybe complete all of them in the future, There is 883 of the Avant Garde genre as of 29/02/24).

WHY? Well, in simple terms I like to watch "trash" animes, "another mans trash is another mans treasure"
Deviating from the norm allows me to enjoy series that are trash, and I love trash. Or even shows that are highly despised, despite them being adequate, and unfortunately the "low rank/rated" anime where bestowed such a low rank/rating due to falsehoods of anime watchers who have seen way to highly rated anime and compare and constrast.
A wise man once said (me) "you cannot compare trash with excellency, unless trash surpasses excellency. Then your determination is one of open eyes and a new reality."
I understand I have alot of "watching" or "plan to watch" on my list. However, I will get to this as I am a recent starter to my journey.
AS OF TODAY, "ON HOLDS" WILL BE MOVED TO "WATCHING", AND THEN COMPLETED.

8. I MUST NOT SKIP/ SPEED UP ANY ANIME (episodes) AT ALL. I MUST THE ANIME IN ITS ENTIRETY, NOT MUTE, HOWEVER I CAN put the anime on my second MONITOR AS THIS MAKES LOGICAL SENSE.

(SUMMARY) As of Recent I have changed my philosophy on Anime, and will be undertaking a journey of completionism, I have yet to say there are definite rules as I am still progressing. Well I will endevour into this journey, I will not drop any series no matter how bad the series is. I believe this is a test to my attention span aswell as tolerance levels. Doing things that you dont want to do in life, can always strengthen you. Aswell the completionist affect that it will have, looking at my long list of animes and idolatrizing the hard work and effort put into completing series (especially, ones I dont want to watch).
I like to talk about anime (mainly) and manga so I will be interacting on forum posts here (MAL OR ANILIST) as of today, so you may see my posts there.
Life is anime. I genuinely believe this (Youtube Brief Bio to save your time).
The story is not at all great its rather dumb but i'd say it is the integration of science concepts with the show & that is something that makes it special.
I mean if you love science you'd get the feel that you're watching something that relates with you that is something really cool.
I'm assuming you're talking about Dr Stone, I'm enjoynig it quite a lot maybe its because of the way it integrated its story with science and the product made is just WAOO. Yes I'm Planning to watch Season 2 and 3 of it as well.
As for Darling in the Franxx I dropped it as I was not enjoying the ROBO(S) that much maybe will continue it after sometime...
Well I'd say its the story if the story is good i don't care if its manga manhwa shonen sheinen or whatever...
BTW just completed Season 1 of Promised Neverland It was somewhat unique.
I've heard its name before it was quite trending back in the day when it arrived however I don't know about its similarity to Solo Leveling but maybe will try it out after i finish The Promised Neverland.
It seems like you haven't read Solo Leveling's manhwa yet it's a clear masterpiece in my opinion (hope i could say the same for the anime) for me a masterpiece is one of those anime that i want to watch again and again and which is damm addicting and Solo Leveling's Manhwa is one of those for me.
Plus if you like fighting anime and that one extremely powerful protagonist you should definitely check that one out It won't disappoint you.
So far in Season 1 The Anime is Going Pretty good and i'm enjoying it quite a lot. I'm not a huge fan of manga but maybe i will consider reading its manga if i don't enjoy season 2 as much as seaon 1.
But i gotta say Its been interesting recommendation so far ~\(≧▽≦)/~
I used to be a completionist kind of anime watcher as well. Until I realized that genuinely enjoying a show and getting some satisfaction was worth more than watching as many shows as I can. Nonetheless, I still respect the dedication to keep on watching. Its a nice achievement to have before you kick the bucket. If you're somewhat of a masochist, I recommend watching "Ninja Batman". The most goofy CGI "anime" movie you'll ever see. Good luck.
I started watching Shangri-La frontier lately as I was reccomended it and you sound like the MC who loved trash games and was trying to play them all util they played a single god-tir game (your masterpiece)
firstly it is nostalgic but main reson is i am realy enjoying from beyblade drawing styles are good i love visual effects in beyblade it isint masterpiece or good and only metal saga's stroy is good but i think almost all of the characters have good motivation and goodbackstory but after seson 3 of burst beyblade became very boring i didint watch beyblade but i hope will good but i dont think so
