| We actually have a fair number of AniTubers and e-celebrities on here. However it's safe to assume those are very busy people. So I doubt the majority of them are active on the forums. |

It's really simple to explain in my opinion . My anime list and alot of websites which aren't for public like Facebook , Snapchat , Youtube , they use it for their own purpose in private , so they won't record a video to youtube or show up in forums saying "Hey! I am [put a random celibrity name] nice to meet you" They will just book to the list their watched/ptw/dropped/onhold/watching anime/manga titles |

| It's probably because people have stuff to do. Gaining fame doesn't just come to you after a few hours of doing your craft. A lot (not all) of the famous people out there spend a lot of their time actually honing their craft, planning their next moves, and so on. I mean, you get some nepotism and such, but even then they still need to WORK at staying where they are. You aren't really working if you're on forums. For a lot of people, just that you're seeing them places means that they worked DAMN HARD to get where they are or they caught a lucky break (which is USUALLY a good amount of being in the right place, right time, and ALSO being prepared for that moment). And if you're actually working DAMN HARD then you don't have time for being a frequent MAL or general forum visitor maybe unless it's related to your craft (see some of the MAL profiles posted above). So I really don't expect famous people to be on here often.;; |
