| Lmao, I just started this show last night (think im like 8 episodes in) didn't realize it was new (2018) though until I saw this thread. On to your question, I personally wouldn't nominate any aspect of this show for any award, because I think it's incredibly awful. Not to say that I'm not enjoying it though. Actually I find it so bad that I was laughing hysterically for a good part of the show. The human-like eyes on the giant mecha faces makes me laugh every time for some reason, and don't even get me started on the way they pilot them. Girl's are basically disposable batteries to power the mechas and the way the male pilot's steer/control is nothing short of a multitude of sexual innuendos. The shit that makes it onto Tv, I tell you what. In fact I'm changing my stance, I think this should be labeled a parody and be nominated best parody of 2018. |

| Zero Two is interesting at first but after her character development, she become a generic boring waifu. Anzu and Mai are better. I vote for Mai but now I think about it, I feel that Anzu is better. Just disappointed best yanki girl, Nikaido Saki is not nominated. |

| Crunchyroll awards are shit anyway. The voting is usually for most popular so Zero Two definitely should have been an option at least. She is my best girl of 2018, I hardly cared for any of these other girls nominated except for Mai. |

| Well Maybe they've put their critical thinking hat on for that time? 02 was fun in the beginning but as soon as ep 15 was over, she became a dull waifu. My questions are: Why does March comes in like a lion 2 only have 1 Nomination? @Jarring to be honest, it's kinda nice to see CR give an Award to eng va's. Dub VA's are still underappreciated. Although CR also should have done a Best Dub award. Heck there are quite a few worthy contenders for that like: - Hells - My hero aca - Aggretsuko - Violet Evergarden - Darling And many others. |
