About an astronaut. Not like a sci-fi series, but in a modern, or realistic setting, like aboard the International Space Station.

Have you seen Space Brothers, Planetes and Moonlight Mile yet? They're the most realistic sci-fi anime out there imo, and pretty close to what you're describing. At least the first two are very meticulously researched as well, putting an emphasis on the 'sci' part of 'sci-fi'. But Planetes has a setting that is a bit further from our current time than Space Brothers.

Space Brothers looks cool, I need to watch that. Thanks. :D

-I'd like an anime about tennis, not the overpowered version of "tennis" of Prince of Tennis, but rather in a more normal way like Harukana Receive did with beach volley, Djokovic's matches are more interesting than the "tennis" on Prince of Tennis.

-More animes about peoples dealing with the local problems of a community, like the constant decay of the country in Sakura Quest. Or animes dealing with other local issues like delinquency, drug and alcohol addiction, football hooligans (they cancelled the 2nd leg of the Copa Libertadores because of these hooligans), etc.

-About people who work for the government in the lower layers of the bureaucracy, and how their works impact in the general population.

Baby Steps is another tennis anime that isn't over the top like PoT.

I'd like an anime about the sol of zoologists or wildlife conservationists.

(I thought representation was something only those accursed "SJWs" cared about...? :P)

Let's see...

* An anime adaptation of Recettear would be nice. I mean, we do already have Spice & Wolf, but it's not the same.

* It's always surprised me that, with the ubiquity of pool and beach episodes, famous for their fanservice for gynophilic (i.e. anyone who likes attractive girls) fans, but the one serious swimming series is about a boys swim team. Sure, there's Umisho, but that's hardly worth it...

* Are there any series set in a school that are actually focused on the schoolwork? Of two sorts:

1. A series about normal school life, not absurdist takes on it, nor school life plus random mechas/demons/conspiracies/superpowers/etc., nor even focused on romance specifically, but just in general about school -- about people fretting over homework and grades and tests, about the complex social interactions in a high school, about facing different decisions with regards to anything from career paths to conflicts with one's parents to the temptations of sexuality and substance abuse.

2. A series about a specific subject, such as a series about learning calculus. Imagine, the first episode is people trying to wrap their head around limits, the second episode is about people imagining themselves trying to get a hold of their new "superpowers" in the form of the product rule and the chain rule, the third episode involves people on ladders sliding off buildings to illustrate related rates, and so on, culminating in the very last episode titled "Death by Integration".

As far as I'm aware, there is not that much anime focusing on soldiers. Not So Ra No Wo To or Violet Evergarden type, actual, normal soldiers fighting in trenches and cities.

The closest you will probably find at this moment is WW1 or 2 alternative-setting shows, usually pertaining to the war on the Western Front, like Tanya and the Saga of Evil if you want trench warfare. You will find what I call "hocus-pocus" in most, if not all, scenarios.
If you want city warfare, hired soldiers (aka mercenaries) are more popular to depict, from my experience. Jormungand, for example.

Animetary: Ketsudan is the only show that shows any real amount of modern warfare in enough detail, if I recall correctly (don't quote me on that since I have not seen any of it. It is not subbed so I can't follow. Also HELLA old). Alternatively, flashbacks exist like in Golden Kamuy.

I've already read the synopsys and looks interesting, the PV shows a very decent tennis on it, but I've mentioned it because I'm extremely picky with tennis, mainly because I can spend the whole day/night watching tennis on TV and sometimes go to play to the club.

You might like the manga Inubaka. It's about a girl who works in a pet store with a focus on dogs. Training is not the primary subject, but it's definitely included. If you like dogs in general, I recommend this a lot.

As for what I'd like to see, I second the idea of plamodels, where it's just about the actual hobby, not battling.

Since we already have anime about making anime, making manga, voice acting, making visual novels, making games, etc, I would actually like to see an anime about designing scale figures. It would be fun to have something like a "Good Smile Company" anime. Another side of that could be making garage kits (but hopefully it would go more in-depth than Otaku no Video did).

An anime about a real estate agent could be fun. It could be an iyashikei series about an agent that wants to bring clients happiness through their new home, or it could be a comedy about an agent whose clients all have impossible standards.

Maybe some type of crafting business where every episode the characters make a different type of craft to sell that the viewer could actually follow along with and make themselves.

I like the idea of anime about all sorts of professions that doubles as education in order to inspire viewers to choose that profession, or at least to appreciate it more. There are a lot of things in life that we do that involve purchasing items that somebody made or helped us to pick out, and places we go where people must work behind the scenes to help us enjoy our experience. Seeing from the perspectives of these people could be really fun. I wouldn't even mind a single anime where each episode features a new character in a new profession that most people don't put any thought into.

is that what you think? that all porn is about prostitutes?

what ivory tower do you live in?

For someone who gets so triggered about someone saying there are prostitutes in porn, you sure don't seem to watch a lot (or a big variety) of porn. Because, newsflash: there are hentai about prostitutes. Here's one (NSFW obviously): https://myanimelist.net/anime/33393/Enkou_Shoujo__Rikujoubu_Yukki_no_Baai_The_Animation?q=enkou
"B-but HeroicIdealism! He said "isn't all hentai about that?" It was an obvious typo, and still, there's no need to get offended.

Anyways, an anime in the likes of Shirobako or Bakuman about making a visual novel would be cool. Technically, Saenai Heroine had this premise, and Welcome to the NHK dabbled in it, but neither were very in-depth (NHK is excusable because the show focused on more important plot points. Saenai Heroine just focused on dumb harem fanservice).

Yowamushi Pedal is about bike racing. But I guess you're thinking of non-competitive cycling? It doesn't seem to have been done yet. Honey & Clovers has a few episodes about traveling alone for weeks with a bike. Recently there're more anime about outdoor activity without making it a competitive sport (like Yama no susume for hiking and Yuru Camp for camping.) I'd love to see an anime about bike touring too.

I guess 3-gatsu is more about the life of the people in it rather than the competitive game itself. Hikaru no Go would be perfect if you're looking for a show focusing on the game.
Also Ryuuou no Oshigoto! is also about shougi....with loli and other goofy stuff. Not a very good one as an anime, but it does focus more on the game than 3-gatsu.
