I don't think so for geass. I understood what the theme was and what was going to happen. None of the characters where particularly interesting. Nor was the art, so i eventually dropped it

it's really good. Everything seems to fit together well. Its a nice breath of fresh air.

It has a good story, but it feels like it's lacking in everything else along with a lot of filler.

Yea it's pretty good, def worth the watch. Everything is perfect but the art and sound design

If it doesn't suit my taste, then I will probably drop it at episode 1. I might like it as long as it has substance.
