| Strange, this series is getting interesting, because it is so much like life of average, pragmatic people. I know friends on Facebook who could be these two girls in real life. And that's scary. With romantic affairs, proximity is everything, when you have no value system. It's the old "if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with." If this series weren't so depressing (because of the hopelessly philosophically lost people in it), it'd be a "10" because it's a brilliant portrayal of the lives of certain types of people. But I suspect this series may end badly, with a lot of people emotionally scarred. The lawyer is about the only one with a brain and some goals. The girls are just.. well as Lou Reed would say, "take a walk on the wild side." |
