@LukeLC: Was your layout unaffected by the whole Dropbox fiasco?

You can reshare a file to get a new link for it. You don't need to move files from the public folder, just reshare them.

@Shishio-kun I changed my link a long time ago when Dropbox first announced that the Public folder was going away. I just kept the old link active in the meantime so that anyone still using it would have a chance to switch before the update hit.

Thanks for the updates Shishio, and for labeling your code, made it very easy for someone like me who has no experience with "coding" customize my layout a bit.

EDIT: Quick question, is there any way to make the tag section show over the picture when hovering over it? My last layout had something similar, I use it just as a mini review for myself so I remember why I rated the show.

So i installed the fixed SylakentH Miku layout and came across a minor problem.

I noticed that the font looked different than the previous broken one and tried a couple things to see what causes this problem.

I had to disable https on my list so that the font could load like it should be.
Here some screenshots:

This is how it should look like.

I mainly use firefox, but i also tried it in chrome and it seems like in both browsers some scripts are blocked and have to be manually enabled by disabling https.

The previous broken one had no font issues.

I don't know if this is just a problem on my side, but i thought i'd share it here.

Like i said it's just a minor issue, it's nice to see all these layouts getting fixed so fast. Nice work! ~

This is really weird, didnt notice this issue thanks for telling us! However I dont know what could cause this, hopefully someone else has an idea. The import didnt change is being provided by google

If you're using the codes from this group to make your tags hover, there should be notes in the code on how to move them.

@Digga With MAL now using HTTPS, it sometimes causes conflicts with the HTTP import links (you gave me a hint by disabling your https). You have to change the font URL from "http" to "https" and it will work fine.

Btw @SylakentH, I noticed there is still a public dropbox link in some of your layouts (including the one we are talking about). Maybe you forgot to change it so I just wanted to let you know.

yes, this is one of the layouts that contains these links.

Yeag the premade manga link is an outdated cover link for mangas, need to replace that on with the newer ones.

The CSS FoxGirls was a very old link from the club to display the "tag-box" and covers iirc. Need to go through the layouts again and re edit every single one that is affected by this <.< Should be done by tomorrow hopefully....

Need to through the club to see if the topbar in dark blue is still being hosted by a live-storage hoster.

Thanks again for pointing this out. I've been neglecting the old layouts way too hard

@Cateinya Thanks for mentioning to change the http urls to https. I had a similar font problem a couple months ago when MAL changed to https and did that manually back then.

I dont know why i didnt think of that myself or couldnt connect the dots to these two issues, probably brain afk or whatever.

But simply changing the dropbox links to https worked perfectly, thanks for mentioning that! ~

@SylakentH Except for the font issue, which is now solved (for me atleast) i dont see any other problem with the Miku layout.
But i'm no expert and am not sure if there are other parts which need to be updated.

But thanks for providing this layout, i've used it for a couple years now almost since day one :D

I changed the list entirely now; it was a good time to do it xD.

As for the list yeah, it appears alright in your profile. Seems like i did something wrong when changing the code, can`t explain it otherwise. The problem itself was that only half of one entry was shown on the left side of the layout, while all the other space was empty in the list.

@SylakentH So to not spam your comments with further list problems, i'll post it here instead.

After everything went smooth with the miku anime layout, i now installed the counterpart, the fixed miku manga layout, but something changed in comparison to the old broken one.

I dont know what the last column on the right with the word low means, but for me it doesnt seem to fit right there, even more because the white border is cut at some point and placed left instead of right of the word low.

Im not sure what the last column is for, but for my non professional eyes it seems like a coding problem...maybe? I am really not sure and will leave that jugdement to the people who know something about that stuff. Just thought id let you know about that. ~

@Digga I am assuming that the column filled with "Low" on the very right side of the list layout is probably because the "Priority" column is active in your list.

You can visit your Manga List Settings, then try removing the check mark by clicking the checkbox for Priority and see what happens. It should disable it..

It's the only solution that I could think of off the top of my head... >_<

Thanks. I dont know why the priority was suddenly marked, because earlier with the broken list it seemed like it was ticked off.

If I recall it correctly for this layout you can keep "Priority" enabled but have to disable another column that is not "Score" "Type". Cant check the code right now but the number of active columns is important for that layout. If you want to keep more columns active I would need to adjust the code like the list width and such.

But as @LunyRed stated, there's this easy fix :D

@SylakentH Dont worry, you dont need to adjust anything to this list. I dont think theres a need to add another column to it, at least not for me.
I just thought there was problem, because suddenly after I updated the list, theres was this new column and it clearly seemed off there.

Its good as it is, dont bother any further with it :D

The few classic layouts I made have all been fixed a while ago, thanks to malcat !
(you may find them on my profile if you want, but I fixed them in the donating thread too).
A little code gardening to keep these up is the least I can do ;)

OK, well all of Sy's should be fixed now and posted above, but I don't see a Saiyuki one here so I don't think it was his. I think maybe it was Lirina's from the request topic. Does that sound right maybe?

honestly i don't remember now .. but because mostly i use from you , Sy's or Hahaido's layouts .. i can't remember . maybe it was from some premade donated layout ...
But i like the one i use now so i don't mind if you can't fix it ^_^

But i want to ask something .. how can i change the code so when i go to my animelist iit will start with the "all anime" and not with the " currently watching " ? if it's a wrong place to ask just send me inbox ..
