DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty meh episode, feels like pacing isn't getting better with more wisdom and background storytelling about Ashura. Although based on characterization, I think the series did decent job at telling his story with a lot of details. And the rasengan....even that technique is used during this time period hmm. |

| It was a good episode.. they changed the visuals on the opening song and i guess that means we are coming to the last arc of Naruto Shippuuden.. The new ending was nice, too.. The mini arc is going to be completed at last.. |

| The Kaguya fillers are actually pretty decent but I'd still rather see the conclusion of this show. Unfortunately they have to drag it out like this. The new visuals for the OP is pretty neat though. I'm afraid. |

| They just rearranged the original opening and added a few scenes from some of the past credits... There isn't much I can tell about the episode itself as there was literally nothing we did not know already. That cliffhanger at the end was plainly silly, as I doubt there's anyone who does not know whom Hagoromo named as his successor. About the preview... DID I JUST SEE INDRA WITH SASUKE'S MANGEKYOU?!!! |

| The new ending is just precious. <3 Everyone standing their with th lanterns (even Kurenai) it made me lose a few tears (I'm such an emotional retard...) And then Sasuke laughing back at Naruto, DID NOT EXPECT THAT. As for the story, I'm actually really loving these canon fillers! BUT, they could've just said that Ashura will be the successor since we already knew that :V |
| Nice, they changed the visuals in the OP, so this really might be the final one because I think I saw some hints of in the background. And this new ED would be the perfect final ED. It just gives off that "it's all wrapping up" kind of vibe, and I like how all the characters have lanterns, to kind of show that they're sending the show off (which should have been done a year ago). Didn't Hagoromo already say who his successor was when he was talking to Naruto and Sasuke right before giving them their power ups? It doesn't make sense to have us wait a whole week for a revelation that no one will be surprised about. All complaints aside, this episode was all right for the most part. It's pretty obvious that Hagoromo is looking for a compassionate successor, which we see with Ashura and how he handled his situation by bringing people together and making new friends, compared to Indra, who I'm guessing just quickly resolved his issue by controlling everyone with his Sharingan and not giving a fuck. DatAsianOtaku said: Did anyone else notice in the preview that indra's mangekyo was the same as sasuke's eternal one, man they have been doing this for to long to make dumb mistakes like that. I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw that. |

| It was a good episode, It's nice to see that the fillers are actually decent but still I hope they wrap up Naruto soon. I like the change in the OP visuals and the ED is great as well. Glad to see Ashura's way of Ninshu helping and saving people, I'm actually interested in how Indra solved the problem. What did he do? Pretty obvious that Ashura is the successor, It's been known for a long time. They could have at least mentioned it in this episode. |

| other than indra being a complete failure (which looks like with continue next episode). Very enjoyable, that well was dank. kinda disturbed how all the men had elemental chakra and women had healing chakra, but whatever japan. by the looks of it, indra says 'ill remember that' making them his 'best friends' and, you know the rest. I hope indra dies, his dispapointement of an existence is.... the opening was, ok. love the ending. |

| All people who read the manga know we were all lacking information about Siege of the Six Paths, Hagoromo, Hamura, Indra, Ashura... Fillers that explain things that manga was lacking is the best you could expect from them (as long as it's useful and contributing to the whole series of course), which is the case here. This episode, as a continuation of the journey was just fine. |

Not really, the backstories could've been done earlier rather than after they've already been introduced and talked to Naruto & Sasuke, they become irrelevant after Kaguya appears, so this is more like an infodump of stuff that's interesting but detracts from the main plotline too greatly to be of interest to anime only watchers. Doing a novel of their backstory would've been much more beneficial than sloppily shoehorning it into a tense moment. |

| Really liked this episode, seeing how Ashura inherited his father's vision of Ninshu and uses it for harmony rather than power. It's been ages since I've heard the reference but it just reminds me of the "Will of Fire" that Hiruzen makes mention of. And I just love love LOVE that new ED! |
