What does "cinnamon roll" mean to you in terms of a character, what character do you consider to be your "cinnamon roll", and why?
| You've heard the term before thrown around like dollars in a g-string: "cinnamon roll". "This character is such a cinnamon roll!" "My precious little cinnamon roll!" and etcetera. But what does it mean to you? What makes a character a cinnamon role in your eyes? Is it being cute? Is it a personality? And what character, to you, is the prime example of a cinnamon roll? To me, the "roll" of a cinnamon role is to have some sort of pure intention in the series. Cuteness is not a requirement, but is certainly helpful. They should be a character that makes your mind go to goop when they appear on screen; one that makes you jab the screen and sob "that's him, that's him!" like the fucking loser you are. For me, that character has always been Rock Lee of Naruto fame. Whenever I talk to people who grew up with Naruto and subsequently drop it, they all say the same thing - that Rock Lee was probably one of the best characters in the entire series. And it's not hard to see why. He has probably one of the purest intentions in the whole show, besides Naruto himself (and maybe even more so, honestly) - become strong, even with his limitations. Being a ninja and making his sensei proud are his only reasons for living. And that's something that I can get behind.  Plus, look at this precious motherfucker. |

| Yeah, to me it's purely perfect intentions + cuteness. It's like Chopper from One Piece. He never means any wrong and he's just adorable! And in one episode, him and Franky get body swapped, and Robin is absolutely terrified of Franky making weird faces with Choppers' body because she sees Chopper as a cinnamon roll. That makes it all the more hilarious (Alluka from HxH and Mavis from Fairy Tail are my cinnamon rolls) |

| Lol I actually see that term thrown around in the shoujo community a lot haha and rarely otherwise. I just assumed it meant something cute or gap moe? The Urban dictionary version is hella different though :3 |

Most of my favorites are manipulative little shits at the core.
