| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ooh I thought the episode is nice. A bit of Varona action made it quite entertaining. Izaya's mind game continues and even Shrina is involved now. The background story is interesting. I like how they are also including Shizuo, one of my favorite characters into it to show more of his relationship with Shrina.  Good action as well. Izaya vs. Shizuo is just awesome :D |

| Yamaguchi-san's character checking the chat to check about the relations with the pain on his eye. Saika girl just realized Mamo's character's girlfriend also uses chat. People in the room came out to search for otaku girl, that's when Saika girl knows about the people with the red eyes outside. lol @ otaku girl's imagination. Oh, so how people with red eyes are spread, to be cut. The ladies paused to chat about the two guys' power. FukuJun's character calling for Celty in despite being controlled. More past talk. OnoD's character is FukuJun's character's only elementary school friend and HiroC's character is FukuJun's character's only junior high school friend, so he wanted his friends to meet up?! Twins talking with womanizer via chat room. Saika girl revealing her power, telling them the group might be related to her. The girl who attempted assassination to HiroC's character met FukuJun's character with red eyes. More than one thing happening at same time and still continues. FukuJun's character's eyes is not red anymore in the preview, wonder what happened. |

| Most disturbing thing this episode: Izaya's brutal killing method. Mass Saika control, no one is safe. Kida wearing Toramaru helmet. The only person here who seems to be enjoying this chaos is Walker. Even his bff Erika is writing her will in her head already. Shinra calling Celty's name... More Raijin Days. "I'll throw you into the sky after her" lol Shizu- that's so like you. Izaya has such brutal killing methods prepared for Shizu. But ofc Shizu can do the impossible and break free. I'm on Team Abayo o/ Manami and Shinra talking about Izaya's weakness. Now we know how frail Izaya's heart is. Hahaha no more playing tough- he has been revealed uwu I didn't see the death fight in the next episode preview...?? *sad* EDIT: Re-watching some of the parts of death match. Izaya keeps standing over Shizuo in all these scenes- including ones from previous episodes as well. Standing over something at a safe height to watch is exactly how you would treat a dangerous animal- a beast. It's also known that Izaya hates being (literally) on the same level/ground as Shizuo. He really doesn't like the idea of Shizuo being human woah woah woah |

| Nice to see all those characters interact with one another. Nice to see some of Shinra, Izaya and Shizuo's past. Izaya vs. Shizuo is insanely fun, even if we still didn't see much. Shizuo a beast and and Izaya's a tricky fella! Home run for Shizuo XD 5/5 |

| That showdown between Izaya and Shizuo was even more intense than I thought it was going to be lol This episode was crazy man but did Shinra just get multiple death flags TwT same can even be said with the two best boys and Rocci too :( |

| Nice Shizuo vs. Izaya action, and after that there was Shinra revealing Izaya's weakness to Mamiya. He seems to be heading out on his own with all of those people infected; hope that he'll be okay (along with Rokujo). |

| Great episode! I would gladly watch if there was a spin-off about Shizuo, Shinra and Iazya when they where in high school. Gotta say, Shinra love and dedication towards Celty is really amazing. |

| Pretty intense episode, specially Shizuo surviving that explosion(obviously lol). Also, Celty might have some recollection of sorts. Poor Erika in the middle of the swarm. Hopefully they can get to her before she possibly gets found. Excited for next episode! |
| INCREDIBLE. This episode was epic as hell. I am surprised Shinra can still control himself although he was stabbed by Saika. Also Celty helping Shizuo, I wonder why she did that. And damn, it was so satisfying when Shizuo hit Izaya with that steel bar. DAMN. Savagery at it's finest. |
| So Izaya still isn't dead after being attacked so violently by Shizuo? That's pretty impressive considering he doesn't have Shizuo's superhuman strength or anything of the sort. Also, I wonder why Celty helped Shizuo out by stopping the explosion. Does she remember him and her ties with him or is she simply acting under some entirely new agenda, and if so just what is she after? |

| I find it odd how the focus is suddenly shifted to Nasujima as some type of main villain while basically ignoring him for the past two arcs. Whatever though. Poor Izaya crazy how he got hit, he looks to be done now. idk what they can do in 3 remaining eps tbh, hopefully its good though. |

| Shizuo vs Izaya was absolutely amazing Shinra knows Izaya so well and the fact that he can resist Saika is amazing, but damn still dreading him finding out about Celty. I can't believe there's only a few eps left this is so fucking good. Rocchi is definitely gonna get shot by Mikado I'm sure of it Masaome x Saki Shizuo x Varona Shinra x Celty Rocchi x Every other girl in Ikebukoro Those 4 ships better be fulfilled by the end of the season and all those characters better be alive I wonder how Akabayashi intends to get involved Kyohei's gang looks really good can't wait to see what they do |

| Is Celty still there at the construction site ? I mean, I know Shizou punch the hole to escape the blast but there's the scene where Celty's black cloud contained the explosion. |
| Lol, Izaya got hit by Shizuo's power and got launched who knows how far and doesn't even look that beat up. Pretty cool episode as expected too. |
| Why people still think Shinra is a cinnamon roll even after all he said about becoming a killer for Celty? And she always forgiving him… their relationship is not healthy at all! Actually there's no something like healthy in Durarara. |

I would say he's much more of a Sinammon roll myself, that's probably why I love him. I concur that there's not much sanity among the cast overall, though. From a mental perspective, everyone in DRRR needs serious therapy. Although to be fair Shinra and Celty's relationship could subjectively considered to be far healthier than most other characters' in the series. Albeit because everyone else is even wackier than they are. The only sane person in Durarara is the driver of the swag van. What's his name again? Togusa? poor guy Also yeah, when you look at Seiji and his craze mini-harem, Shinra/Celty looks perfectly normal |

| Shizuo vs Izaya is awesome, I really hope Izaya doesn't die. There's no Ikebukuro without him :(. Really like the part where they talked about Izaya's heart, Made me feel kinda sad. Wonder what Shinra is planning to do :o |

I missed back then how he always mocking and influence people by his word and behaviour only. Although it never effect shizuo anyway.. | I was actually hoping Shizu-chan was gunna be wiped out, but then Celty comes along for no reason and saves him. And then Izaya survives just barely. |
