| I’m pleased to announce our latest addition to MyAnimeList - new anime and manga list designs! First thing to note, like many of our other additions and features we’ve been implementing over the past year, this will be just the first phase of the list redesign. There will be additional phases that add missing or expected features in the near future. Second, we’re providing the ability to revert and keep your list in the old format/design. New users and members that are using the ‘default list style’ will be automatically switched to the new design. If you’re using a custom list, your design should be untouched and stay as-is. Third, we are keenly aware that the new list design does not currently offer the same flexibility as the old design. We assure you, this will be improved. The few new list shortcomings are a primary reason we have not discontinued the old design yet. As such, you cannot yet customize the CSS in the new list design. This feature will absolutely come in a later phase. Given this obstacle, we’ve added preset themes to choose from, five based on a white background and a four with a black background. We understand this isn’t a lot of customization at this point, so we’ll be working to quickly get more tools in your hands for our next phase. | I only just read the title and I already have bad shivers. I read the OP now . . . EDIT: My thing stayed the same. Thank you for the option of not being forced to update to a new design like the #OctoberProfileDesign and the #JanuaryTopBarDesign. Please let this quasi-feature be a staple for future updates. People love optional updates, not mandatory updates. |

Now if we could only revert our profiles to the older design. Or perhaps this was a move taken to avoid backlash like there was for the new profile design? OT: Not sure how to feel about it. Going to keep my hard-to-read list anyways though to annoy people ^-^ |

| I will try it but I may revert back to the old one. I like how it as pictures of the anime, I always though that the old one should have had that. I don't like how all the anime is all together in the "All Anime" section, I know it's color coded but I preferred it just being in separate sections. |

| The default theme looks great. The dark ones on the other hand look pretty bad. Also switching to any other color but blue feels uncomfortable because the colors to the left of the anime titles kinda mess with the balance. Other than that, custom CSS when? I like the formatting of the tables on this one more than the classic version. I'd really like to know the reason behind this page though: http://myanimelist.net/ownlist/style All the other settings pages work off http://myanimelist.net/editprofile.php with directions to each page such as http://myanimelist.net/editprofile.php?go=panelsettings Why is it "/ownlist/style" instead of "?go=ownstyle"? |

| Okay the new lists and the ways of selecting them is nice. It is good that the old list is still available. The URL being http://myanimelist.net/ownlist/style It would make more sense as something like like Syrup- suggested The least you could do is have the current URL redirect to the later. Also I have already found a bug on that page. When I clicked on my notifications while on that page I got a popup with a 404 at the same time the notifications window pops up. |

| It has the potential to be really cool but as the previous user said the topper thing is too big, I like the idea of making the anime list rows higher so it's easier to read titles, but pictures is too much, it also takes forever to load 700 images, as other users already mentioned separate sections for the All anime section would have been a good move. It has a number of really good points and the best one is we can revert to the old design! Please do not remove it, my poor machine here can not handle something so heavy as the new design, it lags and crashes before loading 300! |

| Could you make it so that we can override other list styles with the classic style? I have the override set to classic blue/white design but it still shows the new one. Also, I hope you guys implement a true comment section in future updates. edit: Never mind, looks like the override works now. Was probably just a delay on my end. |
