How do you guys deal with depression or loneliness?

Exercise or take a walk or run. Look at the world around you and preoccupy yourself with it. Find the beauty in your surroundings and forget yourself in the moment. Then forgive yourself. Perhaps even find someone else to talk to about it. You aren't alone, there are hundreds of people out there for you.

This constant upkeep of the defenses using so much energy everyday will burn you out long before your time.

not to mention expend more energy than you have and it starts breaking down those defenses.

Problem is I keep everything a secret so its hard to find time to seek out the help required and not raise suspicion. Although tbh im not sure anyone would notice. I have been successfully hiding it for 13 years hahaha but yeah its killing me.

I'm kinda of selfish as I use internet friends as my dumping grounds to get things off my chest and talk things out. I guess it balances out as I let them do the same to me.

As far as the energy goes, my work schedule changed, I changed my diet, got on vitamins, and started working out. That along with just trying to let go, live in the moment, and set goals. Positive affirmations help as well. I still have issues with motivation and depression every now and then but I'm happier than I have been in a long time.

I'm slowly digging myself out of the hole I'm in.

You can also research foods that increase your libido and while healthy you should avoid them. For example spicy food increases your testosterone production which is a big cause for sexual desire.

Also I found cannabis one of the best repression and dissociation medicines for my sexual desire. Its been found 1/3 of users find it sex-inhibiting and studies have revealed it halves your testosterone production however 2/3 find it to be sex-enhancing. It will help with sleep and stress too.

Also varies meditations to detach from sexual and bodily desires can also help alot the real authentic practices aswell of buddhism and hinduism none of that western crap of mindfulness, seriously the mind is powerful thing when used correctly you don't have to fall victim to sexual neurosis but overcome them with self discipline and meditation.

It's simple, I work out. It's a cure all for dementia, depression, and low self esteem. I'm too tired, sore, and satisfied to care about those things at the end of it.

My smile is scary. when I do it people get scared or worried think im going to do something bad or something. When I see it in a mirror it feels like Ive stretched a mask over my face because even with the creepy smile i still feel like im frowning under it. I honestly can't feel the smile.

Thankfully I rarely feel this way, so if I do get a hint of loneliness/depression I question myself and think of something else. Try to see others despair to feel better about yourself bro lol.
