| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Decent chapter. So Sengoku finally makes his move and isolated the pirates by some huge ass wall mechanism, but the way out seems to be there because of Oar's humongous body in the way. Interesting. And man, when Whitebeard is on a mission, he is freaking intense. Those earthquakes were definitely insanely powerful. Akainu's magna fist/fireball attack at the end of the chapter looks pretty serious. If the ice is successfully melted, how are the pirates - specifically DF users - gonna survive? I wonder how everyone is going to be able to dodge that. Will Whitebeard crack the air and somehow they will all break? Quite excited to see the next chapter. Not to mention not only will be get an ordinary chapter, but a special movie-tie in chapter. Great stuff. |

| Akainu's Magma shower looked like serious trouble for WB and co. WB is absolutely insane with his Earthquakes, funny how everyone in his crew stood back let him get on with the show. But even if the Marine put a wall around them WB can destroy it or someone else could. Its just a wall. |
| OK chapter i was a tad disappointed. Not a lot happened in this chapter. Akainu's attack at the end looked pretty badass though. Next week should be amazing. |

| Good chapter but a bit disappointing. Gosh, had such high hopes for it. Oh well, The Whitebeard really should have gone on the offensive actively by pushing forward. At least he took out one formidable enemy. |

| so those are the siege walls, plus the admirals are getting involved in the fight. also oars, even though he is defeated, still helps out, and luffy is in trouble since he just keep rushing forward, but thats why we like him ^_^ |

Again, the war seems to be the turning point of the entire plot as we know it. I think people are failing to understand that point. I rather have Oda take great care in showing us all detail rather than haphazardly ending it just to "move on with the story." |
| So even if death Oars helped the pirates, Whitebeard's power is still insane but despite that the admirals seem to be very difficult to defeat. Seems Luffy won't be reaching Ace anytime soon =/ |

| Whitebeard's earthquake was so overkilling! I loved how Oda (and his team) inked those panels of the sea completely riled up. Amazing skills seriously. About the plot, I think Whitebeard doing his move is a sign we will see the end of it before Luffy makes any significant impact (which is the thing I'm most expectant about). But overall I think Oda is taking a very "realistic" approach to the development of this big war. Though, there are still 3 Admirals left, Sengoku, and who knows how many other high ranking marines. I don't expect Whitebeard to defeat them all of course, so there are millions of possibilities for the upcoming chapter. Also, there are so many characters involved in this I sometimes loose my reasoning xD I have no idea how Oda will figure this thing out, and how ironic it is that the only solution I can come up with it is MORE rescue and MORE characters XD Cra-zy! |

Ao kiji finished off Luffy so easy to me it seams impossible to beat him...well you could put him into water but befor that happens he freezes it?! I wonder what de Flamingo's devils fruit is...at first he mind controlled someone and now he's able to cut of someone's foot?mhhh |
