| This episode was emotional. I never expected it to get to me but I admit I'm crying right now. It's rare that an anime ever makes me cry. :'( Donten ni Warau has gone from one of my least favourites of the season to one that I look forward to. |

| Really glad I didn't watch this at work. Wing is soooooo amazing, most of my crying was because of his amazing performance, especially Chuutarou calling after Tenka. Still don't understand why this anime is so underrated, loved it from the first episode and it's gotten even better. |
| ... never, ever have I been so moved by brotherly love. The final half of this episode was so touching I can't stand it. Didn't cry so much but I got really teary eyed. Tenka's speech was so moving. And when he broke his handcuffs to reach out and hug his brothers... ;___; gah, so sad. I really have no idea what the series is gonna do for its final half. This was a finale type of event. |

| oh god this was so sad. I seriously cried ;__; Soramaru and Chuutarou calling out for him and all the villagers. Didn't see it coming at all, and then they even removed him from te ending... I'm really curious how this show will go on. 7.23?! seriously?! really underrated in my opinion. |

| OMFG!! DX I REALLY want to cry right now, but I'm in the living room with my mom and I don't wanna cry in front of her. After episode ended, I went to bathroom to cry in peace. Then came back and still wanna cry. I'm rocking back and forth, pounding on my legs so I won't start crying. That was so unexpected! I thought someone is going to save him and he will escape. I was wrong TT w TT Why Tenka?! Why leave us?! |

| god!! Tenka!! totally did not expect him to actually die, usually someone comes and saves him. It was soo sad when Chuutarou and Soramaru was yelling "we still need our Aniki, come back" and reaching through the bars. tenka was so strong smiling even towards the end, telling them it will only hurt for a while...NO it wont it will hurt forever!! I was sobbing!! [spoiler]  |

| Who is cutting the onions (´□`) I can't believe Tenka actually went through with the execution despite the objection of literally everyone. Sad to see the older brother gone especially heartbreaking for Chutaro and Soramaru. |
