| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, Aoi is being pretty busy at the studios. Cute. Well, their current anime that they've been working on is going on a steady pace I guess. The character designs they are doing for the girls of their anime looks like Glasslip in some ways. I think they're doing an alright job so far though with everyone working together. |

| This show remains very hectic, just watching it feels like running a marathon to me. :D I'm still enjoying it though, and it seems next week the red head voice actress might finally get some focus. |

| Well, the ep was overwhelming in a good way. Like 20 people barely escaped near-death experience from overwork for the fuck's sake of a clueless and useless director. I can relate to that, damn it. Good they are a team that works well. I liked the job of the line producer ^^ |

| Hectic episode but a lot of fun to watch it was nice seeing them all work so hard. Despite one or two members of the staff. And Miyamori working as best as she can to complete everything despite the set backs they still managed to get everything done in time. Also the part with Ogasawara was so funny, she didn't have to do much to complete her work. |
| The Highlight of This Episode: butt slap from Erika to Aoi :o a couple of cringe lines were said seemingly still representing that situation well really sudden cut to ED (thumbs down) |

| Dang such a high stress environment, I don't know how they do it. Aoi did so much work, and I'm glad everything ended well and they were able to finish the episode on time. Almost felt like this last weekend when I had to rush and pull an all-nighter for my group work. I'm surprised Aoi didn't get pissed at Kisa for not waking up and having to call him countlessly. I nearly blew up when one of my team members didn't check his e-mail the whole day and then when he did, he said he didn't do anything even though the project was due the next day. Ugh. This episode hits too close to home XD I acutally do like the changed they did for Arupin's scene. It felt slightly exaggerated, but you can feel the emotions more than the original since it was too cute and perfect for a crying face. I also like how they mentioned that before, maybe the voice acting was better than the animation. I feel like that does happen sometimes. Looking forward to seeing the other characters though next episode~ |

| Miyamori's life continues to be hectic. She seems to be the one doing all the works! I like how supportive Erika is, but since she too is a production assistant, why not take half of her workload instead of drinking coffee right beside her? So far, my favorite character is Gothic Loli-sama Ogasawara. She doesn't give a damn even if the whole animation company is flipping out, and just doing her job as it comes! So chill! >.< That butt slap though. :p . Well, it did help Miyamori wake up a bit more. Good to see everything worked out well in the end. I guess the takeaway from this episode (or rather a good part of the show) is that, anime industry is made up of both hard working & lazy people, and it's the assistants that saves the day in the end. Decent episode. Looking forward to Miyamori and her friends meeting up after so long. :3 |

| Wow, I am really enjoying the show so far despite the hectic and stressful atmosphere. But I am surprised that it has 24 episodes; and pretty uncertain too since I think the setting is more fitting for a 12 or 13 episode count. I hope it will not get repetitive. |

| I think if you're able to enjoy the hectic nature and array of overlapping obstacles continuously dropping on the team, this is damn entertaining. The aspect I enjoy the most is the character interaction between the staff members, especially since it's very careful to show interactions between members of all levels. It's just clicking with me so far, which is awesome since I'd gone in planning to drop it. I don't know how it can keep it up for 21 more episodes, but I can see these chaotic production spurts put into 3-4 episode arcs with a much needed cool down episode in between. |

| So that is how directors act toward recaps xD Aoi having to do so much work :O quite hectic. It was funny seeing how some of them was sleeping and her reaction on the phone! Glad things worked out at the end! The new scene looks nice too! |

| When Honda was nagging at Aoi, I felt like sticking a fork in his neck. Stress levels spiked in just 3 seconds holy crap XD "I'm sorry about the recaps!" I wonder how the director of Ai Tenchi Muyo feels haha. I just can't help but shake my head at how unprofessional some of the key animation/production people acted. Don't they get reprimanded for that? |

| 5/5 Hectic episode, really stressed me out just by watching it. Lol this show is too meta. Btw I have a hunch that part of the show would have Aoi and co. forming their own studio. If that's the case then I'd be really excited to see how they would be wrecked by production problems and such. |

| LOL THAT SCENE WHEN MYAMORI FINALLY SNAP AND THEN WENT AND START WASHING DISHES IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO TRUE!! Something like that actually happen to me when im doing my final assignment in university, Completely fell in love with this anime! Myamori and the people in the office ♥!! 10/10 for this episode ♥ |
