It's a similar meaning, not the same, but it's inaccurate nonetheless. I don't see how it can "Feel" more accurate. Accuracy isn't something you "Feel". It is or it isn't. In this case it was not accurate. Girls telling guys to die when they're being pigs is very common and that's she was doing. And then the other scene the enemy telling Chihi-uchi to "Die" when he said "don't fuck with me" is also inaccurate since he in a defensive position at the time. It's better to just translate things as written instead of trying to put you own spin on. Flipping what was said in these two scenes is simply wrong. That's just this episode. I assume the same person is doing every episode and they've had a ton of errors throughout the show, a few of which outright changed the meaning of what was being said - the opposite of what translation/localization should be doing. Anyway, episode was bad ass and I'm sad this show is still really underappreciated. |

Both are meant to show disgust towards the statement and retort in a way that is meant to sound like an asshole. Japanese in itself is a pretty simple language only complicated because context has to be taken into account (which is why you have Kanji in the first place). It's why like I said with the word "hai", it can have multiple different translations depending on the situation (like "Yes, sir", "Please [do so]" etc.) even though it literally just translates to "yes". Same thing with your "Fuzaken na", it could mean a wide range of things like "Can it, Screw you, Shut up, fuck off" etc. but it depends on the context in question. I don't remember the scene that much so idk how applicable the translation was so I'll take your word on that one. But ok, if the word "feel" was trigger inducing, then it is more accurate for Claire to be saying something along the lines of fuck off rather than 'die.' It seems more along the lines of what her character would say rather than the usual 'go die' Because that's the thing, they're not just translating the speech, they're interperating it, which plays a difference. If you just translate stuff from Jap --> Eng. word for word, you're gonna miss out on a lot of meanings because like I said, jap is a simple language turned complex. It's why translating things like wordplay or puns or whatever from Jap - Eng. is very rarely 1:1, because it just wouldn't make sense if it was literally translated And that's also why it can be difficult to learn jap through watching anime alone, because they're always interpreting the speech to match with the context and the characters. It's way more apparent in manga, where if you read the raws and then read the translations you'll see they tend to be vastly ""inaccurate"" at times simply because they're trying to fit the text in an English context (like the most recent Kaguya-sama chapter for instance) I won't say for previous episodes though, cause I can barely remember anything noteworthy in that regard lul so they could've mistranslated something important who knows At least it's not like Otona Joshi in which the translation error literally made a wholesome scene turned into a weird one :P |

I gave it 5/10 max today, but I can see some people would giving this series an '8' but not above '8' because me from 10 years ago would rate this 7/10 - First of all its shonnen-esque, we all know boys like shonnen - You like ecchi tsundere who clearly wants you - You like unusual ecchi scenes borderline fantasy - You like simple story with decent action with your ecchi - You like superpower cool transformation face off which looks good combining all of those with decent art and design and you get this piece of show which is toss up between good and bad You can't force the idea of entertaining according to you to everyone else, even after objectively see this as what its trying to be I still cant disagree if people say this show is terrible |

| Interesting, interesting, interesting. So Shuuichi and whoever is inside him can actually "become one", uh? That's pretty cool. Now I can't wait to see the fusion him and Claire will take once they reach that level of synchronization. Overall and after the painfully slow previous episode, I'm glad we got a more solid one this week. Shuuichi/Yoshioka's encounter with Subaru was quite intense but they managed to put a fight against the kid in the end. Animation was quite decent in that regard. It also seems that Shuuichi and Elena were a thing... or at least knew each other well. Such a lunatics magnet this guy is but leaving that aside, I'm really curious to know what happened between them. And finally regarding Subaru... I always hated bratty kids and he was no exception. I honestly felt kinda frustrated when Elena saved his little ass but well. On his favor, his "monster form" leaves a lot to interpretation and I like that. Anyways, seems next episode will address more of Shuuichi's foggy memories. Looking forward to it! |

| This episode was crazy good! This is what I signed up for! I'm happy it's finally switching away from the needless ecchi and focusing on the interesting mystery and story at hand. Looking forward for more! I also like that there's an honest lesbian character, would be nice if anime just added gay characters like that where their sexuality isn't everything but it is still mentioned. Good job! |

| Another week and another episode of Gleipnir ... the strangest series of the season. Gleipnir is getting stronger every week and begins to show that it is more than just a fan service. This week we had an extraordinary fight with Shuichi in beast mode and Clair worrying about him ... because as she says "He is her other half" And we also understand that Elena might not be as evil as we might think. Great episode and I can only wait for next week! |

| The wild ride continues. First half was a little slow, but the second half more than made up for it. If curious to see if dog girl is still kicking after this episode. It's didn't seem to bother Clair that another naked girl had penetrated her man. lol |
| I'm 99,99% sure that the lesbian girl knows Shuuichi and will reveal his past for himself. Now I wonder, what happennend? Did he died and Clair's sister recovered him by using the coin? If not, how did he lost his memories?(or got them locked) |

| I hated this episode. the writing was so awkward everyone was so one note. I nearly laughed when that kid said "Not that I care, but you better not get in my way. If you do... nothing will stop me not even you" It's phrased so poorly, Subaru says not that I care pretty much just to sound cool and then he contradicts it and the statement is just confusing to read. Why the fuck did some random girl remember Suchi had some kind of a relationship but Suiichi didn't, she's using his mind. |

| So many questions after this ep! It looks like Shuuichi has memories with Elena... I'm gonna guess that part of her wish made him forget her or something like that. That power-up was fucking awesome! Not only did Shuuichi become pretty OP but he also essentially brought himself and Yoshioka back to life. I think it's so cool that he can merge with the person inside the costume. I'd love to see that happen with Claire! |

| At first i thought this series was bad but i have to admit its really growing on me! That fight scene was actually really sick doe.. Like i wasn't expecting that I wonder what caused shuichi to forget about elena? I cant wait for the next episode! |

| The fight did not disappoint and the memory flashback is hinting a deeper connection between the characters. I'll just say it, I personally like Elena way more than Claire. The Anime adaptation is pretty good so far, it becomes more interesting from here on out. I still prefer the uncensored version of the manga though. |

| Oh boy oh boy oh boy. Now that was an episode! A most impressive transformation while memories were melded and the structure crushed beyond normal repair. Followed by that epic fight sequence before sister turned up and stopped it. Question on my lips for next week is did bunny girl survive, and if not or if so, how does this conscious melding thing affect long term. Amazing series. Trumps anything else playing this season. Just keeps getting wilder! |

| Welp, now that I've seen the episode I can say it doesn't disappoint. Episode 2 was one of the most memorable episodes so-far due to how it handled the whole fight scene. I'm not going to say that this episode topped that performance, but with the way this episode went.. man the moves were solid. Better then the fight against the two-bladed guy. It looks like the series kind of bounces between two extremes, from more ecchi-centric episodes to gut-wrenching fights. Welp, as long as there are more fights the series will do alright. Next episode will probably go into more detail about the transformation business that went on.. I thought that when Claire found them they would at least see his body there and then inside of that the mashed-up corpse of the girl. I guess the transformation saved her after all. |

| First several minutes were kinda boring, but the fight that came and other scenes were so cool, haha. I'm wondering what's with Shuuichi and his demon form. Can it be that his special abilities are both merging with somebody who comes inside the plushy form AND the ability to regenerate both himself and his partner? |
| This was a great episode! That metamorphosis was bad ass I like every character except that recorder head guy and Claire. I don't really know why. The red head girl is really cool and nice. She's my top favorite along with Elena |
