| I really fon't know what to think of this. I didn't really enjoy this episode, but I still have high expectations for this anime. The death scene was rather sad. :( It almost had me crying. The animation is pretty good too. I want an Oda-sama for my birthday, please. |

| at first I was - WTF did they do with funny and goofy Yatterman I used to watch as a kid. but as it went I started to enjoy it more and more - serious parts were fine, comedy didn't fit from time to time to rest of events (that boat scene especially) but in the end it made me interested. it feels kind of similar to Zvezda with little girl trying to conquer the world and I'm perfectly fine with it. |
| This episode is wonderful, I love the art and the animation. It reminds me Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda, but I hope it will be better :). |

| Just found the subs -_-; I thought I shouldn't bother with another horrendous remakeinterpretation after Gatchaman Crowds, but the Yoru's first episode was fantastic, ... minus me wondering wtf I was watching (compared to the 1977 release). The character designs are excellent and the animation was top-notch. Can't say I was that much impressed by the Yatterman duo in the original series, so I think I'll give the story flip a chance. 7/10 for now, 10/10 for the episode. |
| Dorombo has always been more popular than the Yatterman duo, so it's nice to see them become the protagonists. I like how they're handling the continuity, rather than overwrite the original story. |

| this is even better than i expected since the original yatterman was a comedic series with the same formula over and over, but seeing this one, damn i was shock... today's generation was being punished by their ancestor's fault... now that's a setting, REVOLUTION!! but the tone from comedic to serious doesn't balance each other, but hey it's the villain yatterman, I'm already sold.... this show is on my top list, but i'll wait for at least 3 episodes to make a judgement... 4/5 |

| Great start, with Rolling Girls and Junketsu Maria this season's shaping up to be quite unique. Leopard as Doronjo reminds me of Kate from Zvezda, even their mask is similar. Not sure if this would be as absurd as Zvezda though.. |

| I've watched the 70's Yatterman and it was awesome. Every time I would cheer on the Dorombo Gang rather than the Yatterman's. The story takes a giant twist, since the Yatterman are the bad guys. I hope they would make this story really decent. |

| That opening "It's punishment time!" absolutely slayed me. I can't breathe. |
| I honestly feel like maybe they should have disabled ratings until the second episode. The first episode was more of a prologue than anything, and I firmly believe the next episode will be much more eventful. |
| I don't know man.. This felt all over the place. Can't say I really like any of the characters yet. I don't really find the female lead interesting at all which is never a good sign. Guess we can only hope for things to get interesting. |

| Despite the promising 2 main heroes, I couldn't like the main heroin. Also the plot interested me at the beginning but by the end of the episode it seemed like a childish super hero story. I will give it one more chance but most likely I'll drop it. |

| I had no intention of seeing him, but recommended by a friend, I wanted to start it. I must say that as the beginning is interesting, and if it carries a profound message. Seen the concept on which it all began, they could not do better as an adaptation. This episode part on the right foot, the potential is there, look forward to the next episode. Very catchy the ending. |
