| Intense! Super intense! I enjoyed seeing Jiren getting beaten up lol and it felt odd listening to Jiren yelling. Jiren has lost his cool. He's not likable anymore as he was when he was first introduced. I knew Frieza was gonna show up sooner because he hasn't fallen off the broken stage yet, but seeing 17 alive was pretty shocking. That's what I was not expecting. Is Frieza gonna be more of a team player now? xD It's hard to imagine that DBS is going to end in the next episode. Well, I really can't wait to see how the Tournament of Power will end, tbh. I saw in the preview that the two Zenos are descending down from their seats. And I wonder if there's going to be another twist at the final episode, haha! :D Final episode new character, perhaps? :P |

| When Goku got hit in the back by that purple shade I was convinced it was Frieza that wanted to finally get revenge for all the times Goku and his gang have humilated him and ruined his plans. It would have been a colossal twist, but I guess at the end it just was not. Also 17's return comes a tad anticlimactic, it kinda ruined the emotion of his sacrifice moment. Also I'm worried about the final episode. I thought the fight was going to end now, because I don't know how are they gonna wrap everything up and show every moment lef to be shown (Jiren beat, U11 getting erased, the Super Dragon Balls wish for the winning U, and coming back to Earth, all in just 20 minutes) it's gonna feel definitely rushed =/ that's why I was hoping Jiren was gonna be pushed off now, in order to give the proper time for everything else in the last chapter. I can't imagine how are they gonna properly develop all this remaining moments in such a little time span in a convincing way. Am I the only one that feels this way? We all know that Goku loves getting stronger and fighting enemies that represent a challenge to him, that he likes beating them to feel he has surpassed himself once again, but that's just ONE of his motivations. Or more precisely, that would be his only motivation in fights that do not involve any type of risk to his family and friends integrity, because it's not like he just doesn't give a shit if his family and friends die or disappear in case he loses to the enemy. Fighting because he feels he has the duty to protect them, or because he want's to avenge them, have always been part of his motivations too, if not, he would not have lost his shit and would have not trained very hard in Dragon Ball when Krilin was killed by Piccolo, would have not got super saiyan for the first time in Z and would have not got pissed off by Frieza when he blew up Krillin in front of him (he had even yelled him "for everyone you have killed, I'm gonna beat you!" when he met him, and clearly wanted to arrive to the fighting zone asap because he knew Krilin and Gohan were in danger), during the Cell battle he knew he was not storng enough to beat him, and if he only cared about fighting for selfish purposes, he would not have trained Gohan and let the whole Earth's population get erased, he does take decisions in order to protect the ones he loves. In this case, once again, there is the risk that his family and friends may get erased if he loses, so it's natural that they are part of their motivations to beat Jiren. | This episode was fantastic in pretty much every way that makes Super fun to watch. Crisp animation, awesome sense of scale, and pure fighting for a huge part of the episode. I give it a 5/5. Also called the spoilers being bogus. They wouldn't do that on the finale the series has been building up to since the beginning. Some of them were right, but not in the ways it seemed they would be. As a side note, not sure what people who complain about plot armor are talking about. Dragon Ball as a franchise has had shiny glowing plot armor since day 1. I don't know why someone who doesn't like that would still be watching 500 episodes later. |
| How are you guys seriously liking this episode? The power of friendship thing is so cliche and boring. How exactly the fuck is Goku still powering up and "keep getting faster"? This arc has the most amount of asspulls in the whole series and that's saying a lot. There are some cool scenes with actual good drawings but generally the art style is inconsistent af. Lots of gifs and ugly explosions. The worst part still has to be 17 coming back for no fucking reason. It completely ruined his sacrifice and makes no sense. I honestly don't know how you guys can still defend this. How much of your brain do you have to turn off while watching to not question dumb shit like that? |

DBS has been dissapointing and given a lot of nonsensical moments since the beginning, even Z had its share, so at this point another questionable moment is just like another wave breaking in the sand. | Amazing episode, the battle was so good. I always love when Goku kick his enemies' ass. Seeing Jiren being beaten is also a bonus. Also, 17 and Frieza are back. I was expecting Frieza again, but 17 was a surprise. I thought the battle was going to end in this episode, since the next one is the last. I hope the next episode doesn't get rushed. |

| I love love this episode.The animation was amazing especially Naotoshi Shida part was just mind blowing. The fight throughout the episode was both stylish and well choreography. Surprise to see 17 is still not done and Goku pays a big toll using the master Ultra instinct form. |

| Simply amazing. 👏🏻 I wonder how the people in Mexico reacted given they were hyping this episode big time. I really loved this episode. Goku having the upper hand at first but then Jiren goes full power. That power up was insane, so much heat given off by Jiren. Goku had Jiren beat but i suppose even UI has its limitations which imo make sense. Goku’s body is worn out and much like irl when you push yourself too hard and risk injury. Jiren hesitating at the end after he was told to take out Goku who’s UI took a toll on him. That ending 17 is back. OMG i thought he died given the explosion was huge, and ofc G Frieza. Next week gonna be lit. |

| Wow the ending was unexpected, Jiren accepted Goku after that epic fight. 17 is alive after that wtf he should have just died there is always the dragonballs. One week left but I think DBS will make another comeback after the movie so I don't know but the ending might be a cliffhanger I hope Frieza won't be the last guy standing cause that will cause too much trouble. |
| Even though Naotoshi Shida is a fucking great animator and he does very detailed art on pretty well animated cuts, he sometimes makes his animation to look too fast, half of the time i don't even know what's happening, Naoki Tate for me, is the star of this episode, his impact shots are always awesome, this is his best work on Super, number#2 would be the Goku/#17 fight then #3 would be Gohan and Piccolo's fight against the U6 Namekians(plus the Gohan vs the mirage guy). This episode is a 3/5 PS: I hate the plasma aura from the God level characters, it makes great looking animation look ugly and hides a lot of detail. -------------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ Edit 1: Oops, forgot Tate's work on episode 110, the first person to do UI Goku, and his animation for the form is being basically copied by the other animators. Edit 2: I take that back, i watched the Naotoshi Shida cuts from this episode again, but now at .25 speed, yeah, he is amazing, i hadn't even noticed how Goku uses ki balls to evade from Jiren's beams and also to propel him up while dodging(because they can't fly), Shida is the MVP of this episode, sorry Tate. |

| So another episode of mindless sparring and flashy explosions for almost 20 minutes which could have pretty much ended the fight instead of dragging it out even more and on top of that they throw in the "nakama speech" crap. No comment about No. 17 being alive since I saw that coming too and spoilers kinda gave it out as well. Once again 1/5. Cannot wait for this piece of shit to end and get a good DB movie this December. |

| This was undeniably the best Dragon Ball episode to date, ever. From the brilliant and flawless animation, to the plot twists and the amazing Goku's "I'm no hero of justice or anything" line. That shit gave me goosebumps. Also the MVP is bacK? This episode is just amazing |

| wow I wanted to say what an amazing episode and then they end it like this .. If only Jiren would not be such a shitty character it might actually be cool. So in the end Ultra Instinct is just a glorified Kaioken? Neat. 17 survived . lmao. I was honestly expecting that Frieza attacked Goku there at the end. Next EP will probably be the time running out. I've said it before and I will say it again - if only DBS would be less shit, it might actually be awesome. This surely had the potential to be good sequel for DBZ, with all the throwbacks to the original DB and stuff. PS: This is basically the end of the Boo saga all over again, Vegeta already learned the power of friendship/fighting for someone else. Kinda useless to waste this developement on Jiren. Was honestly expecting it to end here and next ep to be like the BBQ episode after the boo fight. |

If you want explanations then I can only tell you that back in ep 110 it was stated that as the fight progresses UI Goku was getting faster and stronger with each attack. The episode was really good, you can also just say that 17 thought he was going to die but he didnt, I dont know if he tried to use the bomb he had inside which was removed in Z to explode, failed to explode and was pushed far away with jiren energy and since he didnt die he just hid until the right moment so they can have the secret number advantage. |
| Somehow 17 and Frieza survived all of that clashing, but nevermind, since I like them. I really enjoyed Jiren getting the shit kicked out of him. Also watch the fight in 1.5x speed, it looks incredible. |

| Wow impressive episode the first 2 minutes or so were absolutely nuts. So many great scenes in this episode. My father naotoshi shida back in action not with the best cut hes ever made but god damn those 2 stills are absolutely mindblowing   |
