| The thing is when you read a manga you can control your pacing, so the boring or stupid or lame parts you can breeze through. Not with anime though. In anime all this shit will lie heavily on you like your fucking wasted life. I considered Parasyte to be partly a comedy. Especially in early chapters. That ridiculous tone lifted some garbage and allowed it to be more easily digested. But that's beside the point. The adaptation should recognize weaknesses of the original and possibly nullify them. That's called being a good adaptation, not the case for Kiseiju, though. It just blindly adapts scenes from the original changing only an unimportant stuff, like the main character's glasses. (seriously, was that really needed? Could we not see the transformation of a protagonist without this spider-man moment?) It plays all that stuff straight faced without making a slightest effort to make it scarier or more down to earth. |
| Poor Kana...and YASSS for Shinichi x Murano.. this episode was so emotional when Kana was about to die..i hide my face behind my both hand...great that Parasyte didn't kill her through piece..i was a bit shed tears.. 9.5/10 Still best eps as ever. Can't wait moar Kiseijuu~!! |

| What's the deal with Migi and all the threats? He talks about all this stuff he'll do to Shinichi if he defies him, and what he'll do to his friends, but if he did, Shinichi just might commit suicide as Migi woke up to spite him. And the threat about cutting off various parts of his body to keep him quiet seems ridiculous too. Shinichi maintaining his cover is pretty mandatory, isn't it? The parasite needs him to eat a human diet, and he also seems to enjoy research and learning, which would be impossible without a home and internet access. Not to mention that he can hardly walk on his own. Migi wouldn't last more than a month without his cooperation, would he? |
| Each week the anime brings more suspense and drama, the story is incredible Poor Kana, I thought she much better than Murano And Shinichi will become increasingly distant from the people, I hope he starts a battle against parasites soon .. |

| Tbh, I didn't like Kana at the beginning very much but she kinda grew on me, I guess. Heaps better than Murano even when at her worst. That was a very undeserving death, I was really hoping Shinichi would get to her on time. She REALLY should have brought her phone instead of going out like that, relying only on her "ability to tell Shinichi apart from everyone else," because she really couldn't do it 100%, otherwise she would have never gone to that place. I was feeling even for Mitsuo, he really liked her, too. |

| Why did they have to kill the best girl... she was the only likable human in this anime. Is this anime going to be all SHINICHI AGAINST THE POLICE, THE PARASYTES AND HIMSELF now? Oh, there's this boring Murano too... EDIT: Should I still watch it after the best girl's death? There's only darkness and suffering and annoying Murano there now... EDIT 2: It's all Murano's fault! If she didn't invite Shinichi for that stupid tearjerker movie, he would've been able to meet with Kana earlier and probably save her... |

| I don't think I agree on Kana being the "Best Girl" as she ended up being just as stupid as the rest of them. Maybe she could've got the hint when she kept mistaking the disguised parasytes for Shinichi. And now that she's dead I don't even get the point of her hidden senses or their origin. If they don't touch on it then the character is as good as pointless... I think the writers should've gave more credit to females, instead of have them be insanely dumb and blindly led by their emotions tbh. This would be one of the more conservative episodes, though the build up to her death was still interesting. I actually like that Mitsuo dude as well. Still impressed so far regardless, been a fun watch. |

| This episode was probably portrayed in the best way possible. Her death was kind of inevitable, but the way she died was perfect in my opinion. I was kind of confused to why her dreams were being shown but it played a big part in the end when she envisioned Shinichi as the knight in her dreams. For a second I thought she was going to kiss him lol. Anyway it was sad because I actually liked this character, I preferred her more than the Murano girl as well. At the end when the guy who I guess liked her punch Shinichi for not being able to protect her I felt like the music came in at the right perfect moment, lol am I the only one who thinks that? |

I thought Shinichi will convince Migi too somehow save her when she was stab. But nooo, she fucking died. Fuck. It was badass though when he asked Migi to handle the defense. Shinichi evolved to a fucking Killua, shit. Also that punch at the end + the ending song. Best Anime 2014. |
| AmazING EPISODE. Kana was going too crazy for him, but aw she was so sweet. I have to wonder if there is still a chance for her, granted it seemed she was a host to a parasite; But probably not, this shot is intense. Damn though, that part went so quick, when she died, and Shinichi's kill was great. He's too powerful. And when he was leaving the funeral, and punched that dude in the face and got him on the ground that was intense with the theme music omg this episode was a masterpiece. :') |

| I'm honestly glad Kana bit it in this episode. Murano's constant "are you really Izumi Shinichi?" was nowhere near as annoying as Kana's "I'm the only one who can sense you" The end there with Shinichi and the other guy was really sad. I felt bad for him and Shinichi. But damnnn the way Shinichi got that parasite was something else |
| I don't dislike Kana nor like her that much but still interested for her to team up with Shinichi in the future episodes. But couldn't help but feel also down that she's dead now. Tsk. And Shinichi taking down that parasyte was pure badassery. "Migi, handle the defense." - EPIC!! Last scene while the ED played was a great way to end the episode. Ah! Feels.. |
| Finally, FINALLY she died! It's totally her own stupidity. Shinichi told over and over again not to respond to the signals, but of course she didn't listen. I never liked her and the weird sudden crush she had for Shinichi, but I think she was the best girl for him anyway. But she was too stupid, so I wanted her dead. And I think it's completely exaggerated how he can not feel a thing or cry. Migi took over just a small part of his heart. He can feel sadness, anger, joy, love... but can't cry? Lame. |

| Okay. WOW. Didn't expect her to die so soon. And that ED at the end okay. Animes with good EDs > Somehow, I was hoping that she will be revived at the end with some creepy parasite mechanism but she dies. she really dies. :| |
