| I imagined that the kissing episode would go down like this. There were plenty of delightful moments and a plethora of hilaroius antics. However, in the end, Ibarada got her way.  She takes trolling to a new level... Ibarada even stole a kiss from Himuro. Nice. The "kiss" of Kanade and Himuro was lovely as well.  |

It was the exact opposite of random amd nonsensical, they gave proper explanation and reasoning for the use of those formulas, of course it wasn't the absolute of objectivity, but it was totally reasonable and understanding, it gave the episode an proper experiment. |

| LOL the equations thooo... reminding me of my college days ( calculus ftw XD ) daym they were really makin difference equations for each component on determining the mood value for kissing experiment haha XD. and the implementation was even more hilarious... started with Ibarada stole Himuro's lips XD into different kinds of funny results for each teested pairing. then until the main star YukimuraxHimuro almost got the best mood those disruption(helicopter, the pace became darker, people interuption) came in hahaha..... well, in the end Yukimura could only kissed Himuro's hair .. well they were adorable tho XD. |

The equations actually made sense and accomplished what they were intended to do. I think the equations were all independent of each other (too lazy to go back and check) which makes it kind of a trivial problem, but a more complex model could lead to a fun optimization problem. It kinda reminds me of Nyanko big theory  |

I agree that this anime is stupid, and I love it anyways (IMO the stupidity makes it better), but i don't think your criticisms are valid. For 1., why are science and love two completely different things? If love is a phenomenon that occurs in this physical world, then surely it can be analyzed scientifically. Unless you're arguing that love is obviously and self-evidently a metaphysical phenomenon (a position I don't find convincing at all), then love is absolutely a topic open to science. For 2., love as a topic is not something that most research departments would give a fuck about, true, but there are reasons that it might be interesting enough to research. For example, if it were found that couples in love had higher life expectancies than couples who didn't love each other, then it would be logical to research the conditions of love from a medical standpoint. All we really need to suspend our disbelief for is the idea that one single university somewhere in Japan had one single research department that had an influential member interested in this topic. Not outlandish at all in my opinion! |

| Ah fanservice again, amazing. Himuro spoke some straight facts right there. Just kiss, Kanade was adorable when she ran to Himuro. Kosuke providing us with some secret scenes when to kiss LOL. Ofcourse, he's a 2D player. He knows everything. THE YURI KISSSS POG and the Kanade scene All the science stuff is breaking my brain. It's still pretty fun and enjoyable. All the characters are likeable. |

| You can't even kiss someone normally in this series. Though that mood value and everything do make sense to some extent tbh. And of course just when Himuro and Yukimura were about to kiss, an unsurprising interruption came up, poor couple. Ibarada's the only one enjoying her life at the moment. |
| It's obvious to everyone except themselves that they are in love. If nothing else, this experiment proves it! If you ask me, Kosuke won either way in the pairing with Ibarada. |

I'm disappointed not only was none of this funny too me, i don't mean to be a hater and please forgive me for talking so negatively about this show I'm in a shit mood and i do not liking kissing scenes in the slightest. And watching an entire BS episode about kissing just annoys me at this point. "Oh we need to get the mood right, Stereotypical interruption oh no everything is ruined now we cant kiss, kiss me anyway" Stupid plot line bro. I wish this anime was more like Pseudo harem in the way that the whole quirky club vibe in this case being science was actually enjoyable to watch instead of 2 diehard nerds being all cocky and know it all. Just unrealistic characters in general. |
