| Liked the dialogue between Inaho / Inko. Shows that he isn't emotionless despite the stoic appearance. He's deathly scared yet there is no reason to think about dying because if he died he probably wouldn't feel a thing after seeing how other people were annihilated. |

You don't fucking understand it, but that's not necessarily vital to enjoy a show. Also for anyone still asking, how did he receive the feed from the cameras if nothing can get past the barrier, that was the whole fucking point of them putting him in water. You think he randomly had an opening in his Mech's barrier for no reason? It was very clear that was how he was communicating/receiving camera feed. |

| lol I knew that wimpy dude would betray the Vers eventually, in b4 him stealing one of the Vers mech and love triangle forming. Nice tactic although that is one HUGE gap just for receiving camera and communication feed considering the width of the knife and the MC sliced quite a sizable part of the mech's body. It's quite a wonder that none of the thousands bullets fired at it hit that spot but I guess questioning that would be like question why storm troopers never hit their target. Once again the adults have been inexplicably made to look like fools being upped by an inexperienced high school kids. |

Actually if you look back at the past episodes you will notice no one ever got a chance to attack it's behind let alone such a random spot. |

But light is somewhat different from the other matter in the sense that it has no mass. Maybe that barrier only absorbs matter that has mass. Also explains how martian robots are able to fire weapons from it - laser is a light beam weapon after all. And this would also mean that humans only need to equip laser weapons on their craft and martians are toast :D |

| On the shipping part - Yuki now has a rival for Marito, eh? If Inaho and Slaine really become rivals for the princess where will Inko be left :D Also, albeit the nice surprise that Calm didnt die this episode, he is still dead man walking for me. So who gets Inko :P If the anime avoids the triangle cliche for the main characters it will be a huge plus for me. There is no need for that. |

For all Inaho knew, the cockpit could have been near that opening where he unloaded his rifle into so the fact that the machine slumped could have meant the pilot was dead. It's an oversight but given the circumstances it's not that unlikely |
| great epd. IQ of the kids were great, Action was great, OST was amazing. Trillram had it coming. The first 2 epds were nice to set up this epd. |

| I really enjoyed this episode that OST during the battle so fucking amazing. Oh and the ending when dude shot one of the guys trying to kill the Princess fucking crazy he got what he deserved you don't ever mess with royalty especially the princess. Best anime so far this season. |

Or you just not supposed to think that much about it. Trillram's mecha is inconvenient if it's in battle individually, but to be fair Count Cruhteo sent Slaine and Trillram there for investigation and capture the area's leader, not to engage in combat. Had the mission was a combat mission the Count would have send proper reinforcement to cover up Nikoleras' weakness. The Martians still have overwhelmed power though, it's going to take a lot of human sacrifices to figure out how to take down the castles and the nobles aren't as stupid as Trillram to expose their weaknesses like that. Love how all characters properly involved in the fight, even the princess. Actually explanation is simpler. Nikoleras absorbs light but Light of Aldnoah makes him look normal. Everytime when Bowlhair activated special power mecha become first black, then usual look returned. |

| Great episode. Inaho was cool. Good tactician. Slaine might join the humans for what he did. The Princess Asseylum is a pain imo. No wonder the martians want her dead. Still, better episode than last week's. |

Actually I think the barrier still functioned under water, but Inaho and his crew were able to pinpoint the openings, like the sole of the Kataphrakt's feet, and the receptor. The Nilokera had a cool design, and it worked well with CGI. So far all the mechs are looking cool in CGI. |
