| Im glad that Mamika managed to not get killed in her battle with Altair though. But man to think that Mamika would be the first to be killed in this battle though and that the person that she told what she found out was the one unreliable person on the show Megane of all people. Her sacrifice as a result felt wasted as Megane will never tell the truth. Though Mamika did get to see Alice one last time its too bad Alice was unable to save her though. It was horrible to see Mamika's last words be twisted by Megane to use it as fuel to prolong the battle between the two sides and fan the flames of war once more though. While still being backed into a corner by Magane its nice to see that Souta too is also starting to realize whats happening as well. It was sad seeing Magane lay all the blame for Mamika's death on Souta though that on top of trying to get him to help her spread lies as well. Souta's psych was already fragile as it is and i worry whether can he take any more. The realization that Magane actually has no negative feelings of any kind does explain her personality quite a bit as she see's every event as a means to have fun. This makes her even more dangerous actually. The fight between Yuuya and of the fact that Meteora came to find Souta was both nice as well. Its nice that Souta is finally able to tell someone the past thats bee eating him up over these past weeks and that the person he told was Meteora though the most understanding of his allies and friends. Meteora's words to Souta after hearing the truth about his true worry and Mamika were pretty good and had a strong meaning to them. To atone for the fact that your actions have hurt someone the most important thing you should do is not to not forget them and use that as a reason to fight. Even in battle Im surprised that Magane is still able to taunt Yuuya though. The fight between Yuuya and Magane was interesting though as though you will expect Yuuya to easily win Magane's abilities are easily negating his attacks which was surprising. Even with Meteora backing him up the fight against Magane looks pretty hard. Hangaku's entrance never cases to amaze me. It was interesting seeing Magane try and strike deals with Meteora though and her ignoring her lol. Loved the insert song that played near the end as well. It was nice seeing Meterora see through Magane's plans though through her past experiences and analyses of her modus operandi. And as expected Alice who's been misdirected by Magane is now here to get revenge for Mamika who she believes Meteora killed. With neither Selestia or Rui here to back them up this will be a hard fight. Hmm it seems that Mamika barely managed to escape from military princess though. But it looks like she sustained pretty heavy injuries in their battle. Man Magane's casual disregard for casualties and injuries just rubs me the wrong way sometimes. Plus the fact that she also views others with contempt also helps as well. Hmm so in the end Mamika was able to confirm that Altair's plan really was to destroy this world and that Selestia and Meteora were correct in their accessment. Good thing that Alice got there in time to stop Megane Hmm even in the face of death itself Megane still isn't fazed at all. Got to admire her brashness and nature i guess. But man to think that Mamika is the first hero to die in this battle though. Thats pretty sad man. Man way to go to twist Mamika's dying words for your own amusement Magane. But its just like her nature i guess. Now Alice is more determined as ever to fight against Selestia's side. Hmm so Magane is still blackmailing Souta as well then eh. Magane is such a schemer though one that takes advantage of everyone that she meets along the way. It looks like Magane doesn't like her own universe that much as well. Souta should really tell Selestia and the others about the creator of Altair though. I can see why he's reluctant too given the fact that it was he who indirectly caused the death of Altair's creator but not doing so will cause Magane to use you even more. Souta really is stuck in a tough place here though thats for sure. Hmm to think that Magane wants to prolong this battle by spreading disinformation that will make people distrust each other. How evil of her. Using Mamika's death and trying to pin it on Meteora as well though damm her. Despite that you have to admire the fact that Magane only has one purpose in this series and thats to cause confusion and spread disinformation. The definition trickster is apt term for her. Its nice that Souta is able to deduce who was actually responsible for killing Mamika though. But the realization that he himself was the trigger that ultimately cost Mamika her life must have been quite a blow. Hmm Yuuya managed to appear just in time here actually. Yuuya's words are straight to the point as always but in this case his words are right on the money. Magane's personality means that she will always try to take advantage of people and Souta being too kind is just the type she likes to control. Lol Yuuya's description of Magane was spot on. Hmm so Yuuya didn't come alone as Meteora came to back him up as well eh. I wonder did Meteora manage to perceive that Souta was hiding something when they last talked i wonder. Still its nice to see her again. There really wasn't anyway Meteora could have figured out how she could have helped Souta at least not without asking him directly about it and at that time he was trying hard to hide it as well. In truth both were careless. |

I mean, come on, "Stop Altair, please" even just these 3 english words would use up very little amount of time in japanese language, and Mamika's last few seconds would be enough to say those words... -____- Forced. | Sad that Mamika died, probably my favorite character. I'm really not into this show... it's kinda a pain to watch. If it doesn't hook my interest by episode 10, I'll probably drop. I just can't stand this Magane person and she's been featuring more and more in recent eps. They're trying so hard to make her 'crazy' and 'manipulative' but at least for me, it comes off as really forced and unoriginal. I agree that there are too many conversations, as well. Especially since what attracted me to the show in the first place was the animation in fight scenes. Hoping it'll get better -- I really wanted to enjoy it. | The problem is that Alice is dumb. And not just dumb, but in a convenient way. She first assumes Magane killed Mamika, but when she denies it, she immediately believes it. Mamika never outright stated that Magana didn't attack her or so. Then, despite somehow believing Magane, she still threatens her to not lie. And believes her when she spins her story. The fact that Meteora did not really participate in the earlier fight, except for making shields, that Mamika didn't mention Meteora to her, that it would be easy to identify hundreds of stab wounds (i wonder which character likes to show of her sabers..) vs. something like a fireball or anything.. Mamika also was able to push back against all four in that fight, Alice + Blitz vs. Selesia + Meteora. But she died to Meteora alone, without anyone even noticing a fight? And Meteora isn't even there. She was able to leave that fast? Magane also never even said that Meteoraw was ever there, or where the fight happend or anything. Alice is dumb in a way that makes this story possible. Thats the problem. If she just believed everything you told her she would at least constantly be switching sides, so not doing anything stupid. But no, when Altair or Magane talk to her, her brain switches off. Someone as experienced in fighting as her would have examined the wounds and interrogated Magane about the details. Best of all: Assume it's all true. That means Meteora is so strong that she can kill Mamika without anyone noticing and without getting hit, and also escape really fast. And she doesn't even sweat while doing so. Now, Mamika held off everyone in that big fight as said above. They might not have gone *all out*, but assuming Mamika did is stupid in that ase. So what makes her believe she could defeat super strong Meteora, when Mamika stood no chance? That ties in with not asking Magane anything about the fight etc. |

| Mamika not telling Alice directly in as few words as possible may have been dumb, but how straight would you be thinking if you had bled out even half that much? Magane's comment about Mamika being so small but being able to bleed so much seemed to be a comment about how much anime characters can still bleed and stay conscious, much less alive. Given that Mamika was of course an anime character, there is a certain logic to it. |

If she can provoke someone into making a true/false statement at her, she can make the lie "turn in on itself" to reverse cause-and-effect, so the truth becomes a lie. In this case, the conversation was: "This is no match for me. What do you think?" "I've never met a girl who was fine after getting hit with this!" Thus, she turned his statement into a lie by making it so that that attack would never hit her. Although I'm still not sure what the deal was with that demonic dog in the manga store. |
| This show is pretty enjoyable but yeah this was a bit of a stretch, im ok with a misunderstanding causing a conflict like this but i dont like how fucking stupid alice is. Like she just believed magane too fast and mamika totally could of said something to her even if she was delirious. The scene of magana trying to manipulate souta was way better cause souta at least was not retarded enough to realize she gets off on lying. |

| Damn, Mamika died. They didn't even showed how she escaped against Altair. Still, I guess she turns into virtual blocks once someone dies. Magane is awesome!! That stupid Sota deserve all the mistakes he gets. Fucking fucking stupid kid. I seriously wanted to punch the monitor when he started crying like a little bitch. I'm also disappointed that they still put a dark shadow under Magane's Pantsu. Even in the BD version. Like seriously, WTF. They should have shown her pantsu. This is BD for fucks sake. Also Mirokuji and Magane's VA are real life husband and wife (Kenichi Suzumura and Maaya Sakamoto). It's funny to see the wife tease and taunt the husband throughout the match XD Still, Her lies are truly a deadly weapon. She's also quick and agile. I want to see more of her summon monsters. Next episode should be fun! Sit the fuck down Sota this time around. |
| This episode was interesting I guess. I just saw a large hole that really bothered me ever since. When Mamika was dying in Alice's arms, she used all her words to ask Magane to tell Alice what Mamika had said earlier. When she said this, I thought that she didn't have much time left, so telling Magane to tell Alice would be more efficient than getting cut off mid-story; however, after asking Magane, Mamika goes on to say "please" over and over again. She could've used all that time to just say, "Help Meteora defeat Altair," could she not? I was so irked by this. Magane's character is really interesting. She's got the whole Gae Bolg-thing going on with her words, and, since there's no limits on magic, it seems limitless as long as she can speak. This seems super overpowered, and I love seeing how her twisted character can play with those around her. I was also pleasantly surprised by Magane's detective reasoning-- how she had put together that Souta had pushed Shimazaki to suicide felt almost Sherlock Holmes-like. Alice seems to me to be a poorly written character (by her creator, not by the writer of Re:Creators). She feels completely one-note: honor and fighting for the protection of those she values is really the whole of her character. It really saddened to see how Alice was so easily led on by Magane, since she lacked the depth of character to look past Magane's words and at her potential intentions. Souta's crying and is finally coming out with the story he had withheld for so many episodes. Took long enough. |

| "Congratulations! Your hit count has went up to two!" Holy shit i actually spat my coffee out at that scene. Magane is crazy, like actually sick and i love her lmao. Wild card villains are always some of my favourite characters, not necessary having a side and kinda third partying and creating new issues for both sides, but at the end the problems create some sort of plot or character development. She has genuinely managed to hook me some what back into the plot since she decided to cook with fire and spice shit up, also her high energy personality and voice acting is amazing to watch. Lmao is it bad that i'm more interested and attached to the villains of the show then anyone else. In total, what Magane did was fucked from how she's her own mastermind and created unnecessary strife and turmoil, and also give Souta a reality slap. BUT she did some-what honour Mamika's wish, just changed the wordings about and still mentioned the words "destroy the world" and "Altair" in the same sentence, just Alice prioritised Mamika's revenge. She might of put the blame on Meteora and cause Souta to doubt her alliance, but from it we get a killa Meteora v Alice fight scene, and Souta kinda needed the character development through the reality slap and the breakdown so he can let go and become stronger as an individual (hopefully). |
